8 pointsI didn't expect anything this season to be honest. I never thought we had a chance of the top two, and the Playoffs were a big ask while we tried to rebuild/consolidate. I thought that meant we'd blood the youngsters alongside some old stagers to give them a bit of belief and steel. I thought that was what Barnes and Duffy were for. Did we ever think we could miss Josh Sargent this much? I assumed, somewhat naively, that we would actually play our biggest summer signing when he was fit, rather than stick with a player who was deemed not good enough for us in this league 3 seasons ago. Even so, I simply cannot believe the incompetence on display by our manager and coaching staff. The inability to see what is happening in front of their eyes. The lack of understanding on how to set up a team and how to ask players to perform. The stubbornness of sticking to the same format and expecting something different to happen. The fact that Fassnacht, time and time and time again ball watches rather mark or press his man, and no one shouts at him. That doesn't happen on a Sunday morning! David Wagner may well be a lovely bloke. A football manager he is not. He is completely out of his depth. I'd much rather see Reyes in goal than Long if Gunn is still unfit. I'd rather see Fisher, Warner, Sainz and Gibbs starting. I'd rather get Tomkinson and Kamara back from their loans in January and get them in the squad. And finally.................sign a fn**ckign defensive midfielder!!!!!!!!

6 pointsThe absolute f**king state of you lot. This forum is getting worse, not in conjunction with the form of NCFC, more with the people who actually seems to be enjoying it. Jesus Christ.
-
5 pointsIt could have been worse. You could have bought a season ticket.
-
4 pointsWhy can every fan see this isn’t good enough but seemingly no one at the club can?

4 pointsLook, first rule of supporting NCFC: When we get 3 points but play badly, performances are all that matter. When we put in a good performance but lose, points are all that matter. Second rule of supporting NCFC: When we play young players and play badly, we need more experience. When (through injury or otherwise) we play more experienced players, even if we win, it's very concerning that our starting line-up consists of mostly a bunch of old cloggers. Pretty dire match to watch, but I can't think of many examples in the past where teams have been so low on confidence and form that they have overnight been able to turn in the whole package of performances and results. Big week for the squad now - away from the pressure of Carrow Road, if the team can keep the results going but provide some of the high-octane football we saw towards the start of the season more people may believe we are turning a corner.
-
3 pointsYou know they didn't say that. You know it's not their call. You've pointed it out with your Webber comment. I'll say what I said about Dean Smith. Wagner has done little to impress me but I'm not convinced another manager will get better results with this squad.
-
3 pointsDelia and Michael calling Wagner to tell him that his job is safe and he’ll be given plenty of time has stacked the deck against him before he even started. Absolutely unacceptable from the owners, they’re happy to completely abdicate responsibility to Mr “I’ll walk out whenever so feel like it” Webber but tie the hands of the incoming Knapper because Wagner is such a nice guy. Out of touch, past their time, need to go. Not in 3 years time, now.
-
3 pointsI think that is possibly the worst Hernandez performance I've seen.
-
3 pointsCompletely confused by Wagner. Cannot understand (1) his line ups, (2) the formations (does he have a range of formations to use in different match situations?), (3) his subs (Idah off and Gibbs on? Onel struggling and no Sainz until so late. Just examples tonight. To add to this list - the coaching of players? We have lost the art of passing and even controlling the ball. And it appears there is a loss of belief and confidence in the team. It begins with the manager. We have such little spine. At 2-0 up we looked decent but fold. And that points to a mentality. Again that surely is led by the head coach. He ought to go. This isn't a Norwich team in the style Knapper has stated he wants. And it won't happen as long as Wagner is here. Nice guy but he has to go.
-
3 pointsDon’t be ridiculous - even an average manager could set us up better and make us harder to beat

3 pointsAnd, a little further down the pecking order, Montoia (Benfica), Manning (Watford), Forsyth (Hamilton), Wilson (Everton) and Ogwuru (Man City). And then there's Adegboyega, who came from an Irish club as Omobamidele and Idah have done. Whether they get to the first team is obviously up for debate, but it's not like we've abandoned the policy and principles.
-
3 pointsYeah, he kept dribbling with the ball in deep positions, expecting his teammates to move forward into space for him to pass to. Silly boy. He'll soon learn.

3 pointsFundamentally the current ownership and board at the club have sucked the life out of the supporter base. People can’t even be bothered to give the club grief anymore as they know they are ignored.
-
2 pointsGiven we sacked a great manager after a win whilst in the away changing room then surely Wagner has to go tonight? I wouldn’t even let him on the bus home, absolutely embarrassed by this team, pathetic

2 pointsFunny I think we’ve been aware of that since Skipp left his loan period!
-
2 pointsI am 100% sure any half decent manager could set us up properly, react to what's happening on the pitch or make a decent sub or two. The players are not helping themselves but they are not this bad!
-
2 pointsZoe trying not to snigger. Adams looks like he's about to burst into tears.
-
2 pointsCan see where he's coming from though. Those two sides were dire!! Our current side has some half decent players. Sara is a good top champs Kenny is fine for a playoff push if you play someone behind him. Saint has something, Hwang getting up to speed. Experienced heads in Duffy, batth, Barnes. Idah must have something to have persevered this long. There is a half decent spine there. Certai ly top half with any average (D Smith anyone?) Manager. Not world beaters but not relegation fodder. Change has to happen sooner or later. Better before the S**m. Hope for a new manager bounce against them and a free hit for the new guy
-
2 pointsThat’s just so far wrong- first goal he should probably get to, but can’t be blamed for the other two: the third he made a good initial save for. And as for quoting Millwall fans, just @&!* off.
-
2 pointsQuite. Which is why I believe Knapper will tell the board to sack Wagner. As to when depends on whether he has settled on a replacement. All the posters calling for the deed to be done tonight seem to be overlooking that point. As to who it will be, a guess would be that it will be some bright, tactically aware coach few of us have heard of.
-
2 pointsI’ll never ever understand why she and hubby get such an easy ride. Only want the camera moving when the going’s good and never there when things get tricky. Yes they put a few quid in but have probably had that back and more on free tickets, air fuel and fine wine.
-
2 pointsYes it is supposed to be competitive, there was not much competition on display in that game however and there in lies the complaint. Out played by every measurable metric. I can handle being beaten if we play well. We are not seeing that though are we. I’m not sure how long you’ve been a Norwich fan but if you’ve been around long enough you will know historically Norwich teams have always had a reputation as playing attractive passing football. I suppose we had been spoiled under Farke with how well we kept the ball and how well coached the side was. Seems like an eternity ago that he was sacked after an away win in the Prem.

2 pointsMassive big round of applause to the fans still travelling to away games.
-
2 pointsHernandez has had 23 touches tonight but only attempted 6 passes. Of those, literally two of them have been successful. He shouldn't be anywhere near our starting 11.
-
2 pointsWell, this aged about as well as our two-goal lead…
-
2 pointsWe weren’t playing before. Two goals out of nothing really although admittedly our good pressing led to them. We were pressing. We weren’t playing. We can’t “play” with this line up and tactics.
-
2 pointsWhole midfield are a shambles (again). Sara is so poor when out of possession. At least Hwang is starting to show some ability... Oh, now he's injured. Lol.
-
2 pointsNo - the second goal was all about the deflection. No blame on the keeper at all. Some seem to feel the need to scapegoat/blame when it really doesn’t deserve it.
-
2 pointsAlso Hernandez is starting again, he was abysmal on Saturday.
-
2 pointsThought I had seen all the mushrooms I was going to this autumn but the dog's ball bounced where it shouldn't have and took me off the path. The Candlesnuff Fungus and some some White Fibrecap (toxic). The Candlesnuff look like little stag's horns.
-
2 pointsI would agree and disagree with you there. Yes Batth was a positive as he had a good game and looked more comfortable on the left than he did against Cardiff with Placheta as his left back. When he switched to the right against Cardiff his game certainly improved. As for Barnes I cant get the positivity there.Sam Seaman did a player watch on Barnes and he summed it up perfectly My apologies for quoting him and to those that might have read the report. 'he touched the ball 26 times throughout.Only three others managed fewer and one of those was the keeper.' 'he won no aerial challenges, had no shots on target, completed no dribbles and was on the ball for only 1.5% of the game.' He had the usual confrontation with players and referee and of course the usual yellow card but as Sam says, is that what we want.I personally would rather see a player with football skills rather than a player defined by his attitude and game management
-
2 pointsWagner has been here almost a year now do we really need to be going back to basics at home to the side 2nd bottom of the league? Evidently we do but it's a sad state of affairs from where we've come from. I'm trying to stay with Wagner but Christ it's hard work at the moment. Tonight it all hinges on stinking the place out and grinding out a result. OTBC!

2 pointsSome of the parody accounts here are pretty transparent but surely it would be far too exhausting to run LYB just for a giggle? Perhaps it started as a contrarian way of poking back at the anger and smug grandstanding on here, and then the author went completely native and was no longer able to distinguish between the two lives being lived.
