6 points'Who is probably a useful squad player but not a regular starter next season?'
-
6 pointsMerson already predicting they'll go back down, why can't idiots like him just let clubs like us and Watford just enjoy ourselves for a bit?

4 pointsIt seems that when we are talking about question A you want to start talking about question C completely diverting attention away to what is being discussed. It seems to a regular trick from the right wing on most subjects.

3 pointsThis is a pretty amazing stat - such a shame that we didn't have our customary packed out away ends to see it.

3 pointsUntil this season Watford had been in the prem for 5 seasons...the season prior they were about 9th?..and got to an fa cup semi final They shouldnt really have gone down last season. Its a lazy call to immediately dismiss them....just hope that next season teams like Burnley and Brighton who've offerered nothing are found out at last.

2 pointsOnly one team I want to see win the playoffs and thatโs Carlton Morrisโ Barnsley! What a fairytale that would be for him when I bet some days he was led up in the physios room wondering if heโd ever kick a ball again, let alone getting to win a play off final at Wembley and then Premier League football!
-
2 pointsThis is just fantastic. Remember defending Farke at the time. Anyone who couldn't see he was a top coach particularly at are level doesn't know football.
-
2 pointsYour post was in October in reference to this season. You and your lot were wrong (as per usual). I think we've done a pretty good job of 'coming back stronger' P.S - I dont see whats wrong with bumping threads where people, the usual people, couldn't wait to lay into their own club with clearly zero ability to objectively judge the situation.

2 pointsWatford 10 - 10 Milwall Farke reveals injuries to Pukki, Hugill, Idah, Iwan Roberts and Zema Abbey, plays himself upfront and scores the early winner in a tight 3-2 win in London to clinch the title.

2 pointsI'm amazed that people thought we didn't trade with other countries before.

2 pointsSorry fella, I think youโre missing the point. Barring those few seasons in the 70โs, as much as they wouldnโt like to hear this as much as some on here, but QPR arenโt a million miles from us on the topical (of late) โpyramidโ. Hey, even The Mike Bassett:England Manager film, where the manager came from us (if youโve seen it)โฆit was written by a QPR fan, and rather than write his own team into his story as his managers path, he picked a similar level/standing clubโฆand that was that. Norwich City open top bus scenes (at least it didnโt break down eh?! As for โBoutiqueโ, I donโt follow? Thereโs nothing Boutique about supporting QPR when Chelski are down the roadโฆI reckon that shows strength, especially for the younger generations from QPR families at school in that area. We even have the same issues in Norfolk, but can you imagine how hard it is when its on your doorstep along with the peer group thing? Our main rivals a are long way away, plus, thereโs no frequently transport to either Peterborough or Lincoln. I remember Dions last home game before retirement when he tried a shot in the last 10 against QPR from the halfway line and it JUST went overโฆQPR fans clapped (we were smashing then at the time)โฆ and at the whistle they clapped him again, as they did Hucks. Fair enough for me. Norwich is my place of birth and where all my family come from and the football team from said region is all I know, and thatโs even after moving to London at 8 years oldโฆit just felt dirty going to โmy matesโ clubs. 43 year later I know NCFC more than I Norwich (twice a year I reckon which is sad), โฆbut what I do know is not to have problems with the London clubs at our similar-ish level, we all know the business/โBrandsโ ones that have lost their soulsโฆ**** that lot, and fair [;ay to the QPRโs, Charltonโs, Millwallโs (eeek), and oooof, (this is hard!), Palarrse Eagletsโฆtheyโre trying to get some light in the shadows. Anyway, lets stuff โem tomorrow and get that titleโฆso I can royally give it large! OTBC ๐ฐ

2 pointsHarry Wilson is so over rated, people only think he's good because he scored a couple of good free kicks

1 pointI told you that you called me a liar. So basically you spread a complete and utter load of garbage, spread by a clown.
-
1 pointGot a full set of the Esso World Cup coins in the official blue card display board.
-
1 pointBut in recent cases like Cavani's disallowed goal against Spurs and the Balbuena red card, the officials on the day have actually made the decision. For the one today, what on earth is a human being supposed to do with their foot after kicking a ball?
-
1 pointAre you sure Nutty? I couldnโt pick my nose at the moment.

1 pointThere is no captain's table tonight. We're all sitting at massive long tables like in medieval times. It'll be like a Tudor banquet, but with more vegetarian and gluten-free options. Rumour has it that Daniel's bringing a cheesecake the size of the centre circle, too.
-
1 pointHe didn't strike me as a La-z-boy and we could always do with more support when the others are slumping

1 pointYep! the grass is clearly greener when a billionaire businessman with no interest in football owns your club. I mean, just look at all those fans of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Tottenham, and Chelsea, desperate enough to break covid restrictions in order to chant their sheer delight at the behaviour of their owners this week.

1 pointNorwich have to rediscover their intensity. QPR are a good side That said, QPR cannot make the playoffs so their mindset could go either way. I just hope our boys realise the importance of calling themselves Champions and of taking their form into next season. Let Watford take the honours and they would always regret it as individuals.

1 pointHang on, what's this Lakey? You calling an early celebration, when other options are mathematically possible? You've changed..... ๐

1 pointLegend. Iโm honoured to share a birthday (Iโm exactly 10 years younger than the great man) with such a club legend. Decent co commentator too!

1 pointI remember the game I thought it was Easter Saturday. QPR were very good but we had beaten Liverpool and Leeds away that season so it was not a giant killing as portrayed by some. My recollection is they had a lot of fans but nothing like the number of away fans for games like Ipswich, Man Utd or Liverpool that year. I thought they had only about 4000 at the most. I also remember being chased down Newmarket Road by some of their disgruntled fans who actually turned out to be Chelsea fans tagging along with the QPR supporters

1 pointBlimey, I put what I put as partly hypocritical, but it seems what Swindon is pointing out is fraud by EU UKIP members. UKIP really were the culprits in what they told us others were doing, Farage really is scum.
-
1 pointWhat is really hilarious is that the Daily Mail isn't worried at all about the further Tory sleaze which is being uncovered on an almost daily basis but they're really upset at someone with conscience leaking info about it - pretty sums up our gutter press in general and the Mail in particular.
-
1 pointDavid Allen Green usually talks a lot of sense but IMO he has called this one completely wrongly. Never mind just the past 10 years, whilst Cameron was PM he was unquestionably the worst PM in living memory, if not ever. But quite incredibly the Tories have managed to produce two more leaders, each one even worse than their predecessor - let's hope for all our sakes that the truly dreadful Johnson is the last in that particular sequence. So David Schneider all day long for me on this question.
