tricky974 63 Posted August 17, 2017 Snodgrass has been told he leave either on a permanent or loan deal.Think he would be good on a loan.
daly 551 Posted August 17, 2017 Be great having him and Naismith moaning all the game
Yellowbeagle 0 Posted August 17, 2017 wages would be a huge issue. Also even though he''s a good player he just slows play down abit to much imo.
Drazen Muzinic 1,502 Posted August 17, 2017 I noted last night how good Maddison is a raising his arm before taking a corner.I don''t think there is room in the team for two similar players.
Making Plans 957 Posted August 17, 2017 It''s taken a while, and 2 Clubs since he left us, but at last he''s been sussed.Overrated ability, serial diver and a full time whinger.
Number9 272 Posted August 17, 2017 Exactly what we need. An inverted winger who cuts inside every time and doesn''t pass.
Hucks6 186 Posted August 17, 2017 No thank you a very drisruptive player mouth bigger than head
Yorkshire Canary 118 Posted August 17, 2017 I think some of the comments have been very harsh. West ham is the only club where it has not worked out for him. Solid if not spectacular performer. I suspect he would have to take a 75% drop in wages to come here now. That said a star at this level someone will snap him up
Iwans Big Toe 382 Posted August 17, 2017 I''d rather see Raymond Van Der Waard re-sign. He''d offer just about as much to the team and the wages would be considerably less.
TIL 1010 5,246 Posted August 17, 2017 Surprised Lakey has not posted yet. [:P]
Highland Canary 78 Posted August 17, 2017 Given our signing today is reportedly valued at 250k I suspect our days of attracting £10m players are somewhat behind us, unfortunately.
Nuff Said 5,973 Posted August 17, 2017 If we''d spent £4m on him you''d be happier presumably Highland?
norfolkbroadslim 225 Posted August 18, 2017 He''s going to Middlesbrough. Howson will give him a cuddle when he arrives.
hogesar 10,770 Posted August 18, 2017 We couldnt afford him but he is a top, top player at this level so if it was realistic obviously we would take him - as would any other team in our division.
JF 694 Posted August 18, 2017 Anyone who doesn''t think he would vastly improve the quality of the squad is clueless
Herman 11,136 Posted August 18, 2017 We''ll have to rig him up some of those stabiliser wheels, attach them to his knees or ankles. That may stop him from falling over.
BroadstairsR 2,273 Posted August 18, 2017 "We''ll have to rig him up some of those stabiliser wheels, attach them to his knees or ankles. That may stop him from falling over."Perhaps Zimmerframe could do that job, he seems competent enough.
rock bus 1,060 Posted August 18, 2017 At the end of last season I''d definitely have had him back. But the club has now moved on and we''re going in totally different direction. We need to build on the youthful players like Murphy.Having said that, do you think we could swap him for Naismith?!?
ZLF 335 Posted August 18, 2017 Simply too expensive.
Feel The Force 0 Posted August 18, 2017 Naismith is already doing that role - lots of pointing and complaining.
Mr Apples 1,407 Posted August 18, 2017 Could take up that role on the left vacated by Dorrans?Apples

lincoln canary (& Golden Coppel) 0 Posted August 18, 2017 I would have him back in a heartbeat.Quality player, and would cause havoc in the championship.
Yellowfuture 71 Posted August 18, 2017 Don''t think we would want to pay the sort of money required for him.
Bethnal Yellow and Green 2,424 Posted August 18, 2017 Signing a player like Snodgrass would be the complete opposite of everything Webber and Farke are looking to achieve with Norwich at the moment. Bringing in a 29 year old, who would be paid double most of the players in the team and is on his way down isn''t really what Webber has been talking about in terms of restructuring. The fact Snodgrass is most likely to have to drop down a division to get a game shows which direction his career is heading. He could end up being a very expensive millstone for some other Championship team. He could also be very good of course.
ZLF 335 Posted August 18, 2017 On that basis BY&G he is a certainty to follow Terry McCormack et al to Villa isnt he?
Mr Apples 1,407 Posted August 18, 2017 Will end up at Celtic on loan with West Ham paying his wages.Apples

The Bristol Nest 597 Posted August 18, 2017 Hopefully history will be kind to our restructure and its youthful sustainability hopefully resulting in a Southampton or Swansea situation.
