S_81 842 Posted November 30, 2023 Would be better than Wagner. But we can do better
shefcanary 2,447 Posted November 30, 2023 If we are going to get someone in, let's go for someone young and hungry who hasn't suffered a sacking. Anyone with a sacking should be avoided at all costs. That means the oikelihood os such a manager won't be an interim, but as anyone knows in employment terms there isn't any real difference between an interim and full role really, just a limitation of liability. Capt. Pants 4,276 Posted November 30, 2023 Nathan Jones did well once as did Wagner did well once. Wagner is definitely on the way down as is Jones probably. We can and must do better, and quickly.
Norfolk Mustard 94 Posted November 30, 2023 Nathan Jones comes across as an imbalanced, tunnel-visioned, self-absorbed, narcissistic, ADHD-er. Might fit in well...

TheGunnShow 5,994 Posted November 30, 2023 Wouldn't mind seeing Ian Evatt come from Bolton if we're looking for the promising up-and-comer. Steven Schumacher at Plymouth is probably happy enough there.

RobJames 890 Posted November 30, 2023 Give the job to Adams, he knows the club inside out. Could oversee the Jan transfer window and hold the fort until we appoint some one. After almost a year, Wagner has had plenty of time to demonstrate he is up to it. Sadly, he is not. His team selections invoke Alan Partridge pitching ideas for TV shows...monkey tennis. That so many players are 'failing' suggests a common factor. Wagner. .I often wonder if managers (as elsewhere) are appointed in the interview ability. talking a good game, but then being unable to deliver. Hecerainky could not have been appointed on his CV Huddersfield Town agreed to terminate his contract by mutual consent, with the team in last place and eight points from safety. Shalke 04 . After a 3–1 defeat against Werder Bremen, the 18th winless league match in a row, Wagner was sacked on 27 September 2020.[ Young Boys. Wagner was unable to lead the Bern-based club to a fourth consecutive league title and was dismissed in March 2022.
