Rays Funds for the CSF with the PUPs Season 17 Week 3

Recommended Posts

Welcome to Rays Funds, supported by Turner European Consulting and Cavell Healthcare

We have @First Wazzock in the final six hotseat this weekend. Wazzy’s a former PUPs league winner and has had six previous wins when picking the six. He’s made a great start this season with 2/2 winning picks with +2.70 profitability. Good as he is Wazzy will need help with our very best selection from the games played on Saturday, Sunday and Monday of this weekend that are listed on the Bet 365 web site.

@twidio is making the selections for our game at home to Millwall on Sunday. Twidio’s another who's made a great start with 2/2 winning picks with +1.72 profitability. He's also on Arrdee’s honours board for winning the final six. Let’s find him some great options that are listed on Bet 365 or Bill Hill.

Here’s the rota for September. Please let me know if the date is ok.

Final 6 Picks

Sept  2nd – @lake district canary

Sept  9th – @Duncan Edwards

Sept 16th – @Hissing Sid

Sept 23rd  –  @Leedscanary

Sept 30th -  @SwindonCanary

Norwich Match Picks

Sept  2nd – @Branston Pickle

Sept  9th – Internationals

Sept 16th – @Jellytot

Sept 23rd  @TheBaldOne66

Sept 30th - @Pockthorpe

Good luck all you PUPs We all stand together with the single aim of raising money for the Community Sports Foundation and our fabulous Downs Syndrome and pan-disability boys and girls.

Rangers to beat Morton at home in the Scottish League Cup for me please.

For the Norwich match, we have a decent record against Millwall so I’d go for a 2-1 home win.

Good luck to @First Wazzock, @twidio and all the PUPs everywhere.

Hi PUPs, off to Turkey this week and the potential new home of Rashica for BESIKTAS VS. PENDIKSPOR (home win).

For the City bet, Barnes is due a goal so how about two...Barnes to score 2 or more at 16/1.

Best of luck everyone! 🏆

In the Norwegian Tippeligaen, the season's over half done so it's a bit easier to pick form. Brann (5th, 6-2-1 at home) should easily beat bottom-places Aalesund, who are 0-0-8 away from home so far this season. Odds around 2/9.

As for the Norwich game, quite fancy big Shane Duffy to score anytime at 10/1.

Best of luck, everyone!

Queens Park Rangers v Ipswich Town, away win.

NCFC bet, Rowe to score any time (probably in added time, again!)

Good luck @First Wazzock and @twidio, not forgetting all others PUP’s.

I don't often go with an away win but I do like Peterborough (3-0-0) to beat Northampton (0-1-2)  away. Peterborough have already won twice away this season including beating Barnsley last week. 11/10 seems good odds.

For the City game Jon Rowe to score first at 17/2 looks quite large.

Good luck to both.

Hi everyone,

Good luck Wazzy and Twidio this week!

Queens Park Rangers v IPSWICH - AWAY WIN was very tempting, the price is very generous I think, but I can't bear to ever choose them. (also GMF has already picked them)

So, in the interests of giving Wazzy as many good options as possible I'll go with DORTMUND v Koln - HOME WIN in Bundesliga on Saturday tea-time.

For our game SARA to score 2 or more, which unsurprisingly has gone down to 35/1 this week!

@nutty nigel I'll be away for the threads you start on 23/08 and 30/08.

Can you make a note for the Pickers - I'll leave you with

Thread 23/08 - MARSIELLE v Brest - HOME WIN

Thread 30/08 - OLYMPIAKOS v Lamia - HOME WIN

I'll carry on with the SARA to score 2 or more for the Norwich games too.

Also, I'll be honoured to team up with TheBaldOne66 for the picks on the 23/09

Best of luck to al to the pickers and all PUPs this weekend.

@First Wazzock: At the risk of seeming unimaginative, Gillingham are in great form at the moment and they have a great history against Crawley town so... Crawley Town v Gillingham: Away win.

@twidio Norwich win; Both Teams to Score: no

Hello Pups, I’m excited to make the selections for the Norwich bet this week. Thank you for your suggestions so far, I will post the final bets tomorrow night.

My suggestion for the final 6 is Portsmouth to beat Cheltenham.

Good luck everyone!

Welsh Championship North for me, Holywell to win away at Denbigh. This should be fairly straightforward for the "Well Men" with a good price at Bet365 of 1/3.

As for our bet, I would like to see Ashley Barnes getting on the score sheet after coming so close in the last couple of games.

Good luck to you all, especially First Wazzock and Twidio.

I think Norwich to win 2-0; Barnes first goal.

Other bet - QPR to end the binners run - odds at 3/1 seem really generous given they win last week; safe bet would be Liverpool to beat Bournemouth
