****The Official Lapps Match Thread v Villa (PL) *****

Recommended Posts

No difference between this and what we saw under Farke, slow, cautious football, trying to play like the opposition isn't there, low workrate off the ball, no one except Aaron's trying to run with the ball. Just all round slow, tippy tippy rubbish by a team of physically inadequate midgets.

TBF, if Smith was able to have kept the team that finished Southampton fit and together, we'd be showing much more.

Billy Gilmour to get a 10/10 again?

If he was a local lad playing like that he would be not be close to the first team

We are so slow to everything that needs any kind of pace. We don't win 2nd balls or show any speed or incisiveness going forward.

Always turning back...we wouldn't ever get on the Caister lifeboat.

Todd too slow to get into a prem team. Upper championship is his ceiling.

Only two who are putting in any kind of performance so far.

OTBC

No Sorensen is putting a lot of work in but the outcomes are poor at best

We look so chilled out like all the players are on ganja, speed with oranges at H/T please.

That'll be the famous French team Paris Ganjaman.

Centre back crisis crops up again. Dowell on, Sorensen to centre back and a 4-2-3-1?

We. Are. ****ed.

Villa haven't had a clean sheet in the last 14 away games. ACN.

Gilmour gives it away, sorrenson recovers it. Get Gilmour and cant’well off

Both players only perform in a dominant side with possession based football. Something that is never going to be the case at Norwich in the EPL!

Slot Gilmour into Villa's side tonight and he'd look brilliant and very effective.

Turgid crap. Gilmour and Cantwell may as well have stayed at home

Both nothing more than Championship players, as time will tell.

F*ck Cantwell off at half time and put literally anyone else on instead.

I said it before months ago - this guy does not want to play for us. Absolutely dire!

He’s been so disappointing this season- he clearly either doesn’t want to be here or else is having issues
