Fingers crossed he gets some game time, but there are only two matches and they're both World Cup qualifiers so he may not feature ahead of some of the more established players. birchfest 401 Posted May 16, 2021 Fantastic news for him on a personal level. For us as a club it’s yet another fantastic endorsement of what we can do for young and talented players. I also think, having read his comments about staying with us and his other goals, that this will strengthen our position to keep him at least another year. He’s got a call up whilst still with us and off the back of a championship season, he’s wanted and settled here and also has the perfect stage to showcase his improvement before what I think will be a top 4 move in either the English or Spanish top flight.
