......and Smith must score. 1,596 Posted February 28, 2021 (edited) For the most part he wasn’t popular at Carrow Rd but he did suffer horrific abuse about his medical condition while he was manager at West Ham. No one should suffer that. RIP Edited February 28, 2021 by ......and Smith must score.
TheGunnShow 7,377 Posted February 28, 2021 Might not have been a great manager for us, but that's an irrelevance. A brain tumour is a bad way to go, and 65 is no age to die. Farewell, Glenn Roeder.
NeymarSmith 136 Posted February 28, 2021 Rip glen roeder. Was part of a the most difficult part of our modern history. Can we remember some of his best games, best and worst signings and some of his best sayings... I'm sure radio Norfolk had a little snipit of him as a feature?

Indy 3,471 Posted February 28, 2021 Indeed not one of our loved managers, but not nice to see the poor guy lose his battles. RIP Glenn.

BarclayWazza 93 Posted February 28, 2021 Slight irony that "hucks6" was the poster that started this thread. Not sure the actual Hucks will be particularly mourning him.
keelansgrandad 6,680 Posted February 28, 2021 Didn't like him one bit. But 65 is way too young for anyone to die.

A terrible loss to his family and friends and at such a young age. RIP.

Thirsty Lizard 3,215 Posted February 28, 2021 Very sorry to hear this news. Although Glenn Roeder was far from being one of our most loved managers it's often forgotten that he did a very good job in his first season with us - saving us from what looked like near certain relegation when he took over. 65 is far too young and so sad to hear that he suffered from a long illness before passing away. RIP Glenn Roeder.
All the Germans 1,239 Posted February 28, 2021 Sad news. However, on a more general note, when did 65 become "no age" and "way too young to die"?
king canary 8,757 Posted February 28, 2021 Very sad- 65 is too young. It also isn't that hard to remember anything good from his time here. We were bottom when he took over and at one point looked like an outside bet for the play offs. That first half a season was actually really good fun.
