You said it yourself (albeit via a quote). He's a completely different player now. He was awful for us because there were some enormous flaws to his all round game, particularly out of possession.

It doesn't matter who they are, if I see a player get out of position and fail to put in the effort to recover then I will call it out. For whatever reason (attitude, experience, awareness, desire) young Billy simply didn't do the absolute basics of being a Premier League footballer for Norwich. If you watch through the highlights you can see him jogging back behind the play in so many of the goals we conceded. 

It doesn't matter what he does now or in the future. In the same way that David Fox was incredible for us before fading into obscurity, certain players are totally right or wrong for a particular club at a particular time. It looks like most of us have moved on... Most.
