nutty nigel 7,902 Posted September 30, 2015 Greetings PUPs and welcome toweek nine of our Rays funds season. This week wehave SwindonCanary in charge of picking the final six matches. Swindon alreadyhas his name proudly displayed on Ray’s signature after getting all six for usearly last season. He’s on top form this season with 6/8 (75%) winning picksand is currently on a run of 5 consecutive winning weeks. Good as he is Swindonis going to need our help with the very best selection we can find from thegames played on Sat/Sun/Mon of this weekend and listed on the William Hill orBet365 web site. For the Norwich game against Leicester we have my buddy and top PUPLappinitup making the final selections. Lapp has agreed to step in at shortnotice because I messed up the rota originally and haven’t since had the dateconfirmed. But I knew I could rely on Mick and who better could we want anyway! As a double winner on Ray’s signature and the current profitability champion thematch bet couldn’t be in better hands. Mick buddy, we have a tenner to spend andit’s up to you how you divide it up. I still need Van Wink toconfirm the Norwich match final selections for the match at Newcastle on Oct 17th. I’ll hand the thread over to SwindonCanaryand Lappinitup now. Remember there’s no pressurebecause we are all going to be doing our best to help you to success. We allstand together with the single aim of raising money for the Community SportsFoundation. Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Martin and Mick... the thread isyours.......[:)]......... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As always Ileave you with Ray’s signature which now reads :-Carve theirnames with pride.Yankee,5,Fellas,3,P''boro,2,Mr Chops,2,NewYork,2, Inch High,4,Blahblahblah, NCFC_Shaun, 1st Wazzock,3, Fonejacker,3, Norfolkbroadslim,3,Norfolkchance1,2, Scooby,3, Trent Canary,3, Cosmic Twin,3, Graham Humphrey,Leedscanary,3, NcfcStar, Herman, Delia’s Devonshire Dirtbox,2, Lappinitup,Statto, Mandie Moo,2, Mr Bump, Kathy,2, Til1010, Snake-eyes, Vindo,2, NWC,Hughesy, Gregt, GMF,2, SwindonCanary, Twidio, Hector Brockelbank, Lake DistrictCanary, Bor Bor Bor, yes Norfolkchance1 £2038 for the Academy, and £1108 forthe Community Sports Foundation. 93vintage 16 Posted October 1, 2015 An injection of confidence from a midweek 3-0 win away at Fulham should help Wolves to beat Huddersfield at home. Wolves have been a little off form lately, but seem to be improving after the recent return of Danny Batth. This is a bit of a voodoo fixture, but at odds of around evens it could be worth backing after the recent blood moon. Hammond1612 95 Posted October 1, 2015 Hi everyone this week my pick is Torino to beat Carpi, the match bet I''ll go for a score draw again. Good luck everyone!
93vintage 16 Posted October 1, 2015 For the Norwich bet I''d pay heed to the fact that Leicester are unbeaten in 6 away games, historically a rather fortuitous run that might well end on Saturday. Their last away loss was in March. Our home record versus Leicester is pretty good since 2002 - W3:D2:L1 - remove the loss if you only want to consider league meetings.Over 2.5 goals would have won each time in the aforementioned period except for a couple of 0-0''s, and @8/11 seems a decent shot.A double chance @ 4/11 looks good, but a draw no bet @ 8/13 (or 6/10 with William Hill) looks to be the superior choice. The former pays if we win or draw. The latter pays if we win, but refunds the stake if we draw.Good luck Swindon and Lappin.
SwindonCanary 457 Posted October 1, 2015 Keep it coming guys, I''m loving all these different choices Who said no pressure ? I''m feeling it !I hope to do my best for all you PUPS
Hector Brockelbank 95 Posted October 1, 2015 Need to get back to winning ways after last weeks coupon buster. I''ll go with a RANGERS HOME WIN For the match bet how about a city win with over 2.5 goals
AJ 1,359 Posted October 1, 2015 This week I''m taking a trip to League 2 and Newport where I''d expect EXETER to take an AWAY WIN with very generous odds of 6/4. For the match bet I agree over 2.5 goals is probably worth sticking a quid on at 8/11 (bet 365)
Lessingham Canary 108 Posted October 1, 2015 Good luck pickers, you will do us all proud I''m sure.I will go league 1 this week and a home win for Burton Albion over Southend, hopefully Remi will play and be mom.For City I will go home win and Jarvis to score anytime.Best wishes and happy picking, may the scores be with you. Molly Windley 76 Posted October 1, 2015 Great win last week on the City bet Clare, had the Brady/win bet covered with the 2-2 going into the last few minutes, made the late equaliser a little less sour. Just one of those weeks on the accy CityAngel, lots of good looking picks went down. This week Im going for Derby vs Brentford as a home win at 5/8. Derby had a slow start but since super Bradley arrived they have shuffled the midfield they look back to form and are moving up the table. Brentford have put themselves in an awful position with losing players and managers and are a ship adrift, expect them to really struggle this season.City bet is always hard to find good value but with Leicester scoring in every away game and City scoring at home so far will go for a long shot City win of 3-2 at 25/
Feedthewolf 5,885 Posted October 1, 2015 Having a mental week, so short and sweet from me:Derby to beat BrentfordNorwich to win and both teams to scoreBest of luck all!
