nutty nigel 7,902 Posted September 28, 2011 Greetings PUPs and welcome to week four of the Rays Funds for Foncy season. This week we have “SWP=Poor Man''s Ruel Fox” in charge and making the final selections. Now that’s a mouthful of a username for sure but I wholly concur with what it stands for! SWP joined us last season where he quickly established himself amongst our top PUPs and finished the season with 22 correct from 30 picks 73%. This season he’s one of the 23 of you who have picked correctly in each of the three previous weeks. So he’s on cracking form as he makes the final selections for the first time. Even though he’s so good SWP will need all you PUPs to be on top form if he is to record another win. There were 63 of you helping Star last week and I hope you all pitch in to help again this weekend. Having so many new PUPs on the thread must have increased our chances of winning this season which is why it meant more to me than a winning week would. Last week I opened us yet another account with BET365 because Stan James and Laddies weren’t providing enough choice. So now we have three accounts to choose from. But we can’t mix and match so I think we should use Bet365 from now on. So we can only consider matches that are listed by Bet365 for the final selections. This is imperative because I will be placing the bets there online. Bet365 website is here but you can just as easily check by using our old favourite odds checker.com. If you’re unsure ask on the thread and I’m sure one of us can help you. For those of you who like to follow the U18s highlights are available free on canary player. Just go to canaries.co.uk and the link should be on the top right of your screen. The game on there at the moment is the 2-0 defeat of Reading. That was a terrific performance and result because Reading were previously unbeaten. I’ll hand the thread over to SWP now. There’s no pressure because we are all going to be doing our best to help you get your name in the Free Bet Hall of fame. We all stand together with the single aim of raising money for our great clubs academy. Good luck all you PUPs... take it away SWP ... the free bet is yours.......[:)]... As always I leave you with Rays signature which now reads :- Carve their names with pride.Yankee,3,Fellas,3,P''boro,2,Mr Chops,2,NewYork, Inch High,2, Blahblahblah, NCFC_Shaun, 1st Wazzock, Fonejacker,3, Norfolkbroadslim, Norfolkchance1, Scooby,2, Trent Canary, Cosmic Twin, Graham Humphrey, Leedscanary, NcfcStar, yes Norfolkchance1 £1298 for the Academy,so far. nutty nigel 7,902 Posted September 29, 2011 Duncan has just sent me his selection : - This week is another stick yer neck out choice.Having watched Arsenal in midweek, I think they''re gash. Spurs have got less recovery time but are only putting out a reserve side in midweek so I expect them to thrash Arsenal. 1-0 probably. So:SPURS to beat ArsenalGood Luck to one and all as always.
