If we find we are even a point short of the 6th place at the end of the last game his decision would have meant it was a defining one. A shocking referee and very poor form by Howson. Who's to say this same ref won't go and do the exact same at another match the next time he's in charge? Anytime a ref has been found to have caused a wrongful dismissal or any other mistake that gets overturned should be fined, sent to a training course and banned for a couple matches.
