This 3 year transition period is a pipe dream. Change has to happen now. Every week we delay puts the club further behind the curve.

Another first class appeal to the 'owner' / 'owners' from a 100%  Yellow.

That said, I disagree with the bit about ...........'getting close to a statue'!   There are NO statues at FCR of ANY former player or manager unless I have missed them. Should one ever be put up for Delia Smith whilst this absence continues that would only confirm the very bizarre adoration of said person which seems to exceed that sentiment for those who actually played for or managed our club.

It’s very nice, but I suspect the damage that’s been done is unfortunately permanent and I don’t think it’s done yet. I think we’re in for more embarrassment and it’ll go national I’m afraid.

it didn’t need to be like this, that feeling of it being unnecessary is what i can’t shake.

It would be nice to think that the two articles penned today are seen, read with seriousness and (for once) an objective, friendly and generous response sent. Said response (if I was in D Smith's shoes) would be an offer to meet with a fans group and discuss their concerns in a far less abrasive manner than she normally exhibits whenever anyone dare say something that even remotely smacks of criticism (however measured and reasonable that criticism might be). The perfectly reasonable question from Connor Southwell summed up D Smith precisely judged by her contemptuous response. It was that response that really wound up many fans (amongst the many others).

Absolutely, who knows how it will pan out but he’ll have a plan. The alternative was nephew Tom! Now we all know that would lead in one direction (except Corbs and a very few others)

It’s weird that a few weeks back I said this crisis would spread to the “blogosphere” of internet influencers etc and that’s what’s happening.

how odd

Anyone who knows me will tell you I’m far from a sycophant. Rudeness and abuse gets you nowhere.

I don’t think it’s sychophancy, honestly.

Its a weird thing to read really. I agree with much of it and the only thing I really contest I actually admire and that’s the mercy and opportunity at redemption the article indicates to. That there’s still a chance.

I honestly believe there’s no chance anymore and like I’ve said it’s a shame, but it’s going to have to end in a mess I think.

Only Jimmy Bone should have a statue.

We absolutely cannot wait 3 years even if we are already 1 year into even if the outcome is not quite what Delia supporters and shareholders would like.

The transition may have worked had Wagner not been so useless, but if you read Kathy's letter and Bridget's lament on MFW you quickly realise the mess this club is in and that it goes far deeper than the Head Coach.

I’ve said these owners haven’t been fit for purpose for ten years, it’s not took a rocket scientist to see that

When people like Kathy take the trouble to write this , you know it isn’t 20% . Not even close.

Those of us that work , live and socialise in the Fine City know it’s the majority.
