****Official Lappinitup Match Thread - Norwich v Preston****

Recommended Posts

Confidence is the name of the game as we host Preston North End. They had a really good start to the season, but while recently we are 3 wins from 4, they are 2 from 12. They are 5 places above us in 8th, but only by 2 points so let's grab them by the deepdales and leapfrog them.

News - Wagner "We must win aerial duels, 2nd balls and better in possession." Giannoulis ok to play, Wagner & Players visited hospitals giving out Christmas Presents.

Pay At The Gate - Possible I think, but best phone the ticket office

Bring it on. Wet and windy atrocious conditions, great for sliding tackles.

Hopefully the players don't give out any Christmas presents on the pitch!

There's a sinkhole on Bracondale too which will be fantastic news for fans coming in from the south. Should be carnage.

C'mon,we'll give at least one and it'll  be gift wrapped. Probably delivered by Santa Duffy.

Wagner has called on fans to make plenty of noise today. Usually a bit of an ask with no drummer but OK today with all that rain hammering down on the stand roofs.

i want Idah to Start today he is our in form striker ATM

But he is turning into one of those players where if you start him he is disappointing but if he comes off the bench he plays better

Right soon orf to the pub. Topic 1 will be if McLean should start at CB. I suspect he will until he makes a glaring error. Please don't let it be Ipswich 😫

shows the quality at the club when a Midfielder is better in CB than the players signed to play there

I hate to say it, but McLean is best suited to CB, he has the ability to play there and is far better than Duffy! Just hope to see Warner soon on the bench!
Must start with Sainz instead of Hernandez and got to be Barnes & Idah up top, Rowe & Sainz as inside wingers and the rest well I’d start Fisher over Stacey just don’t rate Stacey that much, even consider giving McCullum a go to freshen things up today, pace and energy will win over Preston.

Just a pothole it'll be fine

And being the responsibility of the ever-reliable Norfolk Country Council to fix it, it will be repaired by lunchtime at the latest.

It's been there since Wednesday. They appear to have stuck a few cones out and just abandoned it.

Sara lives almost opposite. I hope it doesn't stop him getting to the game!

Don't worry everyone Sara is still playing as a defensive midfielder and Hernandez get's the start..

But Onel runs a very long way. Usually in the wrong direction but nevertheless....
