A fish rots from the head

When the board has no obvious desire for promotion that filters down. The summer spend was risible- the squad depth was an obvious issue they wouldn’t address, the dad’s army signings would always tire and get injured, selling for millions and replacing for pounds catches up with anyone eventually

This board have been a joke for years. This “transition” Is also a joke. Just leave already, they literally offer nothing to Norwich City, except “supporters”

It's honestly criminal what this board have been getting away with.  The moment Farke first took us up with a strong nucleus of a side, young exciting players and spent next to nothing strengthening the side was the time for me the writing was on the wall.  The "self funding model" is simply a ruse to hoodwink fans into backing the Stowmarket Two are which many have fallen hook, line and sinker for.  If they truly had the best for the club in mind, they would have recognised their ownership is holding us back and sold up to someone who could have built on that first promotion.  Since then, its been regression.  Sales of players replaced by poor/cheaper alternatives and we're now shopping in the free transfer bin.

Home atmosphere could be toxic if they play this bad next game. I was hoping that the Attanasio’s appearance meant that change was coming, but somehow they’re managing to draw the process out for another 3 years? We need change now.

It’s just like when Roeder was here now, and even after he was sacked we still ended up in League One, something many of this current boards fans conveniently forget, first time in 50 years we were in the third tier!

Totally agree. They should sell up. Find a rich American or something.

But not in a reallly slow protracted way to Americans who seemingly have no interest in actually putting much money in…

Why didn't you post this thread 4 games ago?

So they should magic someone up then?

Plus MA is already £40 million in so you've even got that wrong.

It’s been posted many times on here. Look at the pathetic end to the transfer window, that’s been well documented on here.

But it wasn't relevant after

Norwich 2 - 1 Hull?

Or Saints 4 - 4 Norwich?

Or QPR 0 - 1 Norwich?

Or Norwich 3 - 1 Millwall?

Or Norwich 1 - 0 Stoke?

It seems oddly convenient to forget to post about this sort of thing whenever we win. Almost like it's subjective and the OP doesn't have the courage.

Oh and conveniently ignores the fact we are going through the process of changing owners. And he then claims the new guy doesn't want to put money in. Even though he's already £40 million in.

As per usual, @Dean Coneys boots loves his little phrases but tends to ignore any facts that don't suit him.

Process of changing owners? How many clubs take 3 bloody years to change owners?

We were doing fine until Sargent got injured. It seems like his injury had an impact on the rest of the squad’s mentality

Don't worry, Foreshaw in the middle will save us. Now what was that about him having spent about a decade in a wheechair?

He looked like the only bright spark today, HAS to start in the middle going forward.

The fact is that NCFC LOST TO A TEAM THAT WERE PROMOTED FROM LEAGUE 1 LAST SEASON 6-(six)-2, so your man is 40 million in, Does it show? If so, where?

Fair enough. But we really need a good bl**dy result on Saturday!

The argument wasn't if it shows or not. @Dean Coneys boots suggested MA doesn't want to put any money in. He's already demonstrably wrong.

It was relevant after the shoddy end to the transfer window, given our main strikers injury. £11m for a sub and we couldn’t reinvest in a striker, it’s so annoying.

He is £40 million in to prop up the wages and transfer fees already wasted by the now totally disengaged Sporting Director. There is nothing to show other than a squad of journeymen.

The only way Delia and Michael are letting this club go is it being prized from their fingers upon death sadly.

This is a huge issue for me. Only Norwich could take so long.

Shareholders need to let go, stop whining over the price they'll get for their shares and get this over the bloody line.
