Today's games

Recommended Posts

Still early on but a few matches going in our favour so far...

Boro 1-0 down at Swansea.

Watford losing to QPR - so much for the new manager bounce.

Sheff Utd and Luton 0 - 0 - would take a draw there.

Burnley winning but they are out of sight now.

See sick-note Ramsey scored for Boro, they look like they will go up automatically now.

Dean Smiths gross tea breath stench is all over him

This is the week we make our claim. 9 points. Then we see how far off 2nd we are.

Huddersfield and Stoke both away could be season deciders

Boro going up with Burnley, can see Sheff Utd totally capitulating and finishing below 6th.

Yes, it's looking more like 3 wheels on my wagon if they don't at least equalise...

Well, they did. Unfortunately, they imploded too soon and gave themselves enough time to fix it.

We now have to hope Plymouth can regroup, but it looks like the binners are going to pip them for 2nd place.

Bad day all round

my money it’s still on Shef Utd for auto

us v Boro in play off final with a different result to last time

as for league 1 , just hope Plymouth or Barnsley can keep winning

Why a different result? We’re on form having players that should strike fear into the heart of any opposition team in this league. We’ve just had Dean Smith at the helm for too long is all. We should have no fear. At all.

I wouldn't rule out Barnsley. They walloped Plymouth today, and that's now eight wins and two draws in their last ten. Win their two games in hand and they're level with Ipswich.

Not a single result of significance went our way in the end, nice to see Watford lose but we need to be looking ahead not behind.

Watford in freefall, losing to one of the most out form teams in the EFL.

We can pretty much end Sunderland's season with a win tomorrow, and it has to be a win.

Unfortunately that utter shambles from us earlier in the season when we just couldn't win means there is no margin for error here on in, and that's probably just to make the play-offs.

And they (Barnsley) play the Binners at home on 25th.

Something to take the mind off all those bothersome international games that really don't help our preparation for Sheffield at home. Most of our 1st team squad not back until a day or so before.

Not today, but Blackburn's loss last night was good for us. Win tomorrow and we're up another place over the weekend. That'll do for now.
