He did, didn't he? Looks like he felt he had a point to prove.

All you want from the guys on the bench who step into these matches, is that they stick their hands up and say "THIS IS WHY I SHOULD START!"

Hugill's fighting. Might be indifferent as often as not, but he's fighting.

I think hugill’s lack of game time is more about the type of striker he is rather than an ability thing. In his field of strikers there is nothing wrong with Jordan Hugill.

And neither should he above Pukki or the 'New' Sargent or even Idah when he's at home..

I’m one of those who doesn't particularly rate Hugill because I don't feel there's enough of the complete footballer there. He is limited in his dimensions.

However, he never fails to come up with the goods whenever in the yellow, so discarding him completely would be reckless, especially considering the influence we are told he has in the dressing room.

Good. I bloody hope he doesn't. Are you seriously suggesting we should start him ahead of Pukki and Sargent?

He is putting himself about tonight.

Any idea why is Pukki not playing?

A rest for him I reckon. Also we need to give Hugill and Idah some minutes.

Given how many injuries we have had Jordan to be included in squad

Surprised its level to be honest. We've got a youth team winger at left back and about 5 attacking midfielders in front of the defence.
