Sideshow Tim 110 Posted November 6, 2021 Apparently it's already decided and given that Warnock has walked this evening, he must be odds on??
yellow_belly 226 Posted November 6, 2021 I would want Robins or Nuno We will get Warnock, McCarthy, Wilder or Martin. I suspect Wilder.
Indy_Bones 441 Posted November 6, 2021 If there was ANY chance of it happening, get in Lucien Favre, wanted him before we appointed Hughton and my opinion of him hasn't changed since. Absolute class, but would he be up for the challenge?
Tumbleweed 106 Posted November 6, 2021 Nuno. I think we need the experience.
Ian 1,131 Posted November 6, 2021 If Warnock comes in, I will (metaphorically) take my potentially jacked in season ticket and shove it somewhere painful in the nearest board member.

He wouldn't have left by mutual consent if he had our gig lined up, he'd have stayed contracted and Middlesbrough would have got some compensation.

I wonder about Hodgson to steady the ship. Not sure abiut Wilder or Nuno
Tumbleweed 106 Posted November 6, 2021 Can't see it being Warnock. I think he's a good manager who wears his heart on his sleeve but too abrasive for Delia.
Eagles1905 1 Posted November 6, 2021 You's could do a lot worse than our Roy if he fancies one last hurrah, proper dull football but knows a thing or two about survival at this level, and a real gent. Always had a lot of time for you guys, great club and fans and obviously a harsh decision on Farke but probably gives you more of a chance at staying up. Good luck!
TheGunnShow 5,940 Posted November 6, 2021 Wouldn't mind Nuno as I'd like a manager who is a youth whisperer like Farke was. Wouldn't mind another promising one like Kjetil Knutsen at Bodo Glimt either.

keelansgrandad 6,679 Posted November 6, 2021 Wilder is going to Boro according to SSN. Warnock was told two weeks ago he was going so hasn't walked. Hodgson hasn't been mentioned yet. Who is out of work? Favre Nuno Koeman Lampard Garcia Munoz

Lincolncan 0 Posted November 6, 2021 Warnock is the worst option possible. What about David Wagner or Ian Culverhouse

astro 360 Posted November 6, 2021 Nuno would be a cracking choice. Knows how to get teams promoted and what it takes to keep a promoted team in the premier league.

Ken Hairy 3,773 Posted November 6, 2021 Suspect it will be announced tomorrow as all of Farkes coaching staff have gone which suggests no caretaker in place first. I think Nuno.

Can't buy a win in the Conference (or whatever its called nowadays!) and after his Villa debacle it was rumoured that he would never be involved in senior management again. Leedscanary 342 Posted November 6, 2021 I’m really annoyed by this We are not, and never will be , a mid table PL team while Delia and Michael are at the helm. They just do not have the money or the contacts. We will be crying for a Farke this time in 18 months. If we employ any of the following the future is very bleak Hodgson Russell “f king” Martin Chris Wilder Neyul Adams Colin The guy from Rotherham who supports city (Paul Warne) Mark Robins May be worth a punt
