kick it off 2,062 Posted August 14, 2020 (edited) They've recycled surplus 2011/2012 kits by the look of it.... BOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG. It's a clean kit, but god it's dull. Edited August 14, 2020 by kick it off
Fiery Zac 1,066 Posted August 14, 2020 Nice, but nothing special. Preferred the last 2 seasons kits, they had character.

CDMullins 498 Posted August 14, 2020 Boring, Almost carbon copy of the one 8/9 years ago.
cambridgeshire canary 7,797 Posted August 14, 2020 Beautiful, best kit in years. 'Waa its boring' who cares? Much prefer boring over some ****e fancy 'new and modern' kit like Watfords new home kit..
Branston Pickle 4,145 Posted August 14, 2020 It’s yellow, it’s a football kit, there’s only so many things they can do with it ffs. As usual I can’t really get that worked up either way, but as usual I quite like it.
A Load of Squit 6,260 Posted August 14, 2020 The yellow isn't really yellow enough. The shorts are too green, they need to be a bit more greenless. Why isn't there a proper collar. The fabric looks cheap. The white is just wrong. Why didn't they get a club legend involved in the unveiling. The sizing is all wrong. When is the away kit out. Why is there a 3rd kit. Player X isn't involved are we selling him. I've probaly missed some but they'll turn up soon. 😀
Kenny Foggo 1,193 Posted August 14, 2020 (edited) Can not be believe the negativity on here... How dare you criticise the club.. I suggest you go to the back of the queue for access to Carrow Road.... I like it, it's classy 😁😁 Edited August 14, 2020 by Kenny Foggo

canarydan23 4,758 Posted August 14, 2020 It is almost identical to the Aviva one of a few seasons back. They've gone safe for sure but it's not a bad looking shirt.

Hopefully the away/3rd kit will be a bit more imaginative and tempt me into buying. Edited August 14, 2020 by kick it off
canarydan23 4,758 Posted August 14, 2020 I'm stopped buying as soon as they started releasing one a season. I know every club does it, but there is a limit to the amount of p!ss I'll let the club take of me.

Robornio 131 Posted August 14, 2020 I think it looks good. Simple, clean and better than some of the overkill kits.
king canary 8,751 Posted August 14, 2020 Its a bit meh, not worth the wait really. To be fair I was never going to buy it due to the sponsor so what does it matter?
spencer 1970 214 Posted August 14, 2020 The "masterpiece" painting used in the artwork for the advertising is interesting...but I shouldn't be so crass, it's great that they're handing stuff like this as Primary School projects to the kids, I guess it was linked to schools being closed in lockdown. canarydan23 4,758 Posted August 14, 2020 I actually think the last kit I ever bought was the 2011/12 kit. I'll just peel off the Aviva logo and pay a company a few quic=d to whack the Dafabet logo on.
hogesar 10,761 Posted August 14, 2020 Quite like it. Not my favourite by any means, but clean.
Bethnal Yellow and Green 2,424 Posted August 14, 2020 Prefer it to the current one - never a fan of fades. Can understand the launch video not being the slickest - hard to do that stuff when most of your staff are furloughed and there’s a pandemic on!
Graham Paddons Beard 2,787 Posted August 14, 2020 Let’s all get in a time machine and go back to the day the Club launched the Egg and Cress. This place would be going bananas (to coin a phrase). No one liked it . Now try and buy one .

I like it, we're inevitably going to have 'similar' kits to the past over the years - and there is nothing wrong with that!

I like all the bold designs and retro stuff, so I'd be all over that one from launch!
Move Klose 303 Posted August 14, 2020 It's not horrible, it's not incredible. It's all pretty meh. Cant imagine many queues outside carrow road this morning for it. One things for sure it's better than half and half monstrosity we had in the prem under alex neil.

Bovril 264 Posted August 14, 2020 (edited) I think 'safe but bland' is the overall majority thinking. Whether I buy the kit for me always resides on the fact on how comfortable it is to actually wear as an everyday t-shirt rather than 100% the design. This season's kit for example (19/20) was much looser/more comfortable fitting, especially around the arm sleeves, then the previous 18/19 kit (the kit with the triangles on). king canary 8,751 Posted August 14, 2020 Also the best yellow and green shirt this year is FC Koln's third kit. They'll be getting my Euros come pay day.
