Surfer 1,547 Posted January 22, 2020 Our midfielders keep on doing that. Especially Cantwell. Could have turned the other way and not into the other player.
keelansgrandad 6,679 Posted January 22, 2020 Cannot lose the ball where he did. The three behind Teemu are doing nothing. MacLean and Tettey have kept us in the game
Spillay 180 Posted January 22, 2020 You keep giving the ball away thats what happens. Garbage.
Making Plans 939 Posted January 22, 2020 Same old problem - too much tippy tappy = goal conceded
Nono 19 Posted January 22, 2020 Cantwell again. Every game we try and play out, every game we lose it and concede.
Kanadyan Kanary 121 Posted January 22, 2020 The ball from Hanley to Cantwell wasn't great he hardly touched it b4 he was tackled.
Ray 111 Posted January 22, 2020 Zimmermann, if not asleep, then dozing imo.

keelansgrandad 6,679 Posted January 22, 2020 We do look a Championship side at the moment. A mid table one at that.
Capt. Pants 4,274 Posted January 22, 2020 We are very poor on that left side.
Surfer 1,547 Posted January 22, 2020 It's not about "tippy tappy" football its about composure and making the right decisions.
baldy09 160 Posted January 22, 2020 Here's old moaning Baldy boy and loving the negativity comments I receive so here go -WERE GOING DOWN- now moan at that
Kanadyan Kanary 121 Posted January 22, 2020 (edited) Trouble is it's happening all over the park. Tettey and McLean have been guilty while in comfortable possession. Too slow at getting rid of the ball and Spurs seem up for it more than we do. Edited January 22, 2020 by Kanadyan Kanary
TeemuVanBasten 3,327 Posted January 22, 2020 People blaming Cantwell for that don't understand football. If Hanley had more composure he had half a second to think about that pass,, and if he had a brain he wouldn't have passed it, the Spurs player does have a brain and knew exactly what Hanley was about to do. Partly, in fairness, simply due to the fact that every footballer in the country knows that we try and play it out every single time and that Cantwell was the only player he could possibly have passed to, the downside to our players being instructed to never boot the ball into row Z. We are too predictable in general.
Capt. Pants 4,274 Posted January 22, 2020 Rupp obviously not brought in for his finishing.
Hoola Han Solo 448 Posted January 22, 2020 (edited) 😀👍🏻 deserve to be drawing at least. Missed good chances again 🔰👌🏻🐤🟡🟢 Edited January 22, 2020 by Hoola Han Solo

Fuzzar 1,702 Posted January 22, 2020 Tettey a liability in the last 5 minutes. Missing Emi's creativity and Pukki should have at least hit the target with his chance.
Keith Scott 245 Posted January 22, 2020 Yet another woeful away performance, this time against a poor, out of form Tottenham team. Going down with a whimper.
ricardo 7,396 Posted January 22, 2020 Short on quality but hardly a surprise. Nothing another couple of hundred million quid won't put right.

KiwiScot 1,459 Posted January 22, 2020 If you forget about avoiding the drop and simply try to enjoy the game then we're only one goal behind at Tottenham.
Il Pirata 249 Posted January 22, 2020 Too easy to play against, especially away from home. We're so inferior in terms of physicality, power and speed, that we are pressed into mistakes all too often. Get Hernandez on and give Spurs something to think about.
First Wazzock 904 Posted January 22, 2020 I though that was feeble. I don't think we could have given the ball away more if we had tried.

sonyc 5,541 Posted January 22, 2020 Too timid for me in going backwards in decent possesion and just giving the ball away too many times. We look relegation fodder at this moment. Almost like we've given Spurs too much respect. All that said we had 3 decent chances and not one on target!
