Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Season 11 Week 35

Recommended Posts

Welcome to Rays Funds,

supported by Asset Angels, Turner European Consulting and Kare Plus.

Making the final six selections this week we have last

season’s profitability league winner The Great Drinkell. Drinks finished last

season on an incredible +9.48. That’s a huge profit from his original pound. Although

this season hasn’t gone quite as well Drinks has still come up with some

profitable selections. With two previous wins on the Norwich game final picks

TGD just needs a win selecting these to complete a signature double so let’s do

all we can to help him achieve it with our very best selections from the games

played on Sat/Sun/Mon of this weekend that are listed on Bill Hill or Bet 365 web

site. Please be careful to avoid Good

Friday games.

We’ve got a treat this week with Hammond1612 making the

selections for the Norwich game. I wasn’t sure which Easter game to go for so

when I saw Daniel a couple of weeks ago I asked him which one he thought was

best. He came up with a great solution by handing me a tenner saying he’d do

both. That’s a great gesture thank you Daniel, you are a terrific asset to our

wonderful team of PUPs. So you PUPs can make a selection for Fulham and come

back later and make a suggestion for QPR. Or suggest for either game or both on

your posts. Daniel will be making the Fulham picks on Thurday and the QPR picks

on Sunday.

Don’t forget to put the 28th

April in your diaries if you’d like to come and celebrate this years total at

the DS training session

at Wensum Lodge on Sat 28th April (10am to 11am). It''s the same day as the

Leeds game so hopefully that will suit some of us. If you''ve never been before

it''s great fun watching the training

Now I know a lot of us PUPs

nominated Chelle to be the Norwich City fan of the season. If you haven’t seen

our club have recognized Chelle in an even better way by dedicating the award

to her and as from next season it will be known as “The Michelle Dack Fan of

the Season” Below is the link to that announcement. We all support a fantastic

football club!

Have a look at the companies who support our work to

raise funds for the CSF and our wonderful Downe''s Syndrome Team of boys and

girls. We would like to say a massive thank you to:

Happy Easter everyone. I hope you all have a

great weekend.[:)]

So now I’ll hand

the thread over to The Great Drinkell and Hammond1612. Remember theres no pressure because we are all going to be doing our

best to help you to success. We all stand together with the single aim of

raising money for the Community Sports Foundation and our fabulous Downes

Syndrome boys and girls.

Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Paul and Daniel... the thread is

yours.......[:)]

Thanks for intro NN and as you say my performance so far this season is certainly more Naismith than Maddison. Therefore my fellow PUPs I need all the help I can get. I will be at the game on Friday so will be posting on Friday night.

For the Fulham game, I think there needs are greater than ours and I think this may be reflected in the outcome so I''d go for a correct score of 1-3 in their favour (head ruling the heart)

I look forward to seeing your selections over the next few days

Spanish second division this week for me, Lorca who sit in 21st (out of 22) host 5th place Granada and its 10/11 for the away side to win, Lorca haven''t won in their last five and look almost certain for relegation whereas Granada picking up three points could take them closer to automatic promotion.

Lorca vs Granada- Away win

For the Fulham game was having a look at the bet builder on 365 and at 11/2 you can have Madders to score anytime, BTTS and over 3.5 goals, would even be tempted to add Mitrovic to score anytime to make it 11/1 as i''m sure there will be plenty of goals in this one, and the QPR game I think just Norwich to win at 13/8 isn''t a bad bet!

Good luck :)

Firstly, I''d like to agree with Nutty. We truly do support a wonderful Football Club. The gesture to dedicate the Fan of the Season to Chelle is quite wonderful.

Right, a Saturday offering from Holland this week

Vitesse (6th, 11-9-8 46-37) v Roda JC (2nd bottom, 5-5-18 27-59) - Home Win

Match Bet 1 v Fulham - 2-2 draw

Match Bet 2 v QPR - HT/FT Draw/City

Best of luck Drinks, Daniel and all you PUPs

Hi all,

For Drinkell, there''s a few good picks with decent odds this week, but I''m off to Russia to back Amkar Perm vs Lokomotiv M for an AWAY WIN.

2nd bottom Amkar are 2-3-6 @ home, table topping Lokomotiv are 8-2-1 away. Odds are pretty generous @ 1.44 at the moment so not a bad option on the cards. Over the last 8 games Loko have scored 14 conceding just 4, Amkar have scored just 5 conceding 12.

For the Norwich match and Hammond1612; For Fulham each team over 1 corner each half @ 4.

Not sure if I''m doing something wrong, but I cannot see odds for any of the Championship games for the Monday yet? I''ll post a suggestion for the QPR game when they appear.

Good luck everyone, especially Drinkell and Hammond1612.

Thanks for the intro Eddie, I always look forward to my turn to try and add to the pot and hopefully this time I''ll be able to do it! My pick for The Great Drinkell is Arsenal to beat Stoke. As Eddie said I''ll be posting the Fulham selections tomorrow evening. Good luck everyone! I''d also like to add that I think the club has made a fitting tribute to Michelle with the Fan Of The Season, It makes me proud to support our club.

I''m going for Celtic to beat Ross County in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

For Daniel''s match bets... it''s a bit tricky with two games so close together and the form book normally disappearing out of the proverbial window.

Fulham: Defenders sometimes have a habit of scoring goals in patches so I think Grant Hanley to score anytime is a good shout.

QPR: Norwich to keep up the reasonably good away form with a 2-1 win.

Best of luck everyone.
For the Fulham match bet I suggest Hernandez to score the last goal, at 20/1.
Seems this may be an even longer long-shot now...I will switch to Hanley scoring last.

In bocca al Lupo 🐕 Drinks, wish you well...👍

Trip to Hong Kong this week and an away win:

Dreams vs Kitchee

‘“...who do you support?”......”Dreams”.....”yeah...right on man”

As for the Norwich games, I think there is a bit of a paradox present in pleasing fans today and building solid foundations tomorrow. I’m afraid I totally disagree with those who want to go de-mob happy and chase goals, the defensive solidity we have developed is so valuable going forwards (and far more controllable / repeatable). Combination bets:

vs Fulham: less than 2 goals, less than 4 cards, less than 7 corners

vs QPR: more than 2 goals, Norwich to win, Murphy to score

Parma

So I''ve got a bit of a strategy to hopefully guarantee some sort of return, £1 on Norwich to win 1-0, £1 on Norwich to win and both teams to score, £1 on a draw and £1 on a Fulham win. Now with the other bets this is where we can hopefully add some more cash to the pot if we''re lucky. £1 on Maddison to score anytime, £1 on Mitrovic to score anytime, £1 on Hanley to score anytime, £1 on Cairney to score anytime, 50p on Klose to score anytime, 50p on Zimmers to score anytime and finally £1 on Fulham to win 3-1. I''ve tried to keep it balanced and hopefully we will get a bit of luck and maybe 2-3 of these will come in.
