Alex Neil backs me up by his comments already - league is the priority, etc, etc,But why should the league be the priority? Even if Norwich are promoted, what are they then going to do? Immediately prepare for relegation again as before? Are they going to go out and pay the going rate for proper defensive full backs? And a proper partner for the boy Klose? Are they going to pay the going rate for an EPL striker? Can they even find these players if they did have the money? Are they going to background check the players, or attract all the wasters who come for the money? The Board is not serious about ever being an EPL club because they know it cannot be delivered using the existing financial model. So why not forget about the league to concentrate on the cup?
