Careful boys and girls, expressing an opinion prior to the game that then proves not to 100% accurate is punishable by shaming by those not brave enough to express one in the first place! 😉

I'd settle for a point all day long with the swans on the back of two big wins (both 3-0) and that line up not really being the most inspiring.

Squad depth is abysmal. Hwang and Springett shouldn’t b anywhere  near starting for us.. we should have signed far better than Forshaw too, an injury prone average champs player. Next to McLean, they are the opposite to inspiring!

How have we ended up with such a make shift looking side?

The last time we patched up a side like this was under Roeder.

Springett with an excellent bit of play to put Stacey through on goal....

Yeah. This looks like a Roeder side 😅😅😅😅

Unbelievable content coming on this forum during a match!

Forshaw and McLean aren’t great on the ball.

I think one of Forshaw's strong points is his ability on the ball.

Yeah that makes sense. Duffy has been individually responsible for about 6 goals this season, but because Gibson was bad last season he should be dropped ahead.

Current form is for more relevant to me than what someone did 2 years ago but you do you 😅

Duffy has improved us defensively. Gibson is passive and barely effective. You suggest he’s on form this season?

I’d argue it’s his positioning. He can use the ball simply, and well. But if he’s expected to orchestrate moves with a range of passing, it’s not going to happen.

£25 million in player sales in over the summer. Less than a million spent on player purchases. Says it all really.

Duffy has been pretty poor so far in my honest opinion, but I think that's to be expected considering he hasn't played much football. He was always going to need some game time to get back up to speed and I expect him to get better as the season progresses. If he doesn't start picking up some form by November though, he should be dropped and Warner or Batth should come in.
