Would have been Ipswich away

Recommended Posts

Wonderful

We can now discuss how they'd have beaten us 25-0. Then gone on to win the trophy. Then the league on the way to winning the PL, CL and world club championship.

Come on you binners. You know you want to...

Aren't the balls alphabetically numbered? Probably wouldn't have been the same draw.

The ball numbers for the Carabao Cup Round Three draw are as follows:

1  Burnley
2  Exeter City
3  Ipswich Town
4  Manchester United
5  Mansfield Town
6  Middlesbrough
7  Port Vale
8  AFC Bournemouth or Stoke City
9  Aston Villa or Everton
10  Blackburn Rovers or Cardiff City
11  Brentford or Arsenal
12  Chelsea or Brighton & Hove Albion
13  Fulham or Norwich City
14  Lincoln City or West Ham United
15  Liverpool or Leicester City

It'll be interesting to see how the Binners get on against Fulham, even though they will have home advantage.

If you listen to the binners they'll tell you they've already won it.

It is a funny thing. Most Budgies seem to be somewhere in Egypt. That is de'Nile. Dont just look at the scores earlier this year, (21 wins from 23) look at them this season (9 from 10).

Town are for the moment going places and the best you can do is watch in wonder.

It will all end in tears as all football does. But not at the moment.

Be afraid.

Be very afraid.

Budgie dominance has ended.

For a while that is unless Keiron can become like Sir Alf or Sir Bobby and to be fair he has started well.

In which case you might as well all go home because tomorrow is BLUE

 Keiron

Doing it once I can put down to your webbed fingers, but twice is just darn right disrespectful to the one man who has actually given your grotty little club its first glimmer of joy in 22 years

You'll wear your Copy & Paste buttons out if you're not careful.
I know you've been frantically sweating away for the past 10+ years to post it.
Were you even alive when Bobby Robson was at Ipswich ?

From the sad state of his post, I suspect he is in more danger or wearing out the palm of his dominant hand than a button!

Another binner from the shadows comes out, quell surprise.

Yes, I think his trousers have been round his ankles ever since the Binners stormed League 1 by finishing 2nd at the fourth attempt.
Binner p0rn = 2022/2023 League 1 table.

I seem to recall that scum fans don’t consider the EFL Cup as a major trophy as they have never won whereas we’ve done so twice.

please don’t remind them that our name appears on the Championship trophy more times than theis and that their best PL finish is our third best. 😀

I first saw them at Leicester when we drew 1-1 under Alf.  I was a season ticket holder under Bobby and still am. I saw the winning of the FA  and UEFA Cups. Eat your heart out.

The League Cup was won when Budgies beat Rochdale. But they needed two games to do it. And then they won against Sunderland by virtue of an own goal and a missed penalty. The Mickey Mouse Cup dont bother me. It's all you've won so I see that it is important to you.
