Duncan Edwards 2,271 Posted December 1, 2021 We’re still not there. Will we better that total of 11 points? We were on target not to a few weeks ago, are we now not the record breaking worst team ever? We didn’t look it for the most part tonight. Are any posters still willing to throw their weight behind us being that bad? Has Smith made such a difference that you’ve changed your mind? What if we discount Farke’s points? Or include the ten defeats from last time? Where are we? Really? Still certainties for relegation? Would we have been better equipped to beat 10 man Newcastle with a possession dominating Norwich side or were we better off with our hard chasing approach that got us a draw? Would Farke have changed things at half time? Would he have trusted Tzolis? Would he have put the reins on Max? So many questions. I’m so glad we nicked something tonight and truth be told, we should have won the game. We now need to lose 23 games out of 24 with a worse goal difference (if we have that record, it’s a given) to be worse than that Derby side. Are we still on? Should we praise Webber and the Smiths for saving us? Discuss. Them going down to ten might have played into Farke’s hands, but still 0-0 late on or 0-1, would he have changed it?

1902 1,167 Posted December 1, 2021 (edited) I'm going to answer the first one as it's all I could face. Will we get more than Derby? Clearly. Aside from that, I did enjoy the existentialism. "Where are we, really" Indeed, where are we? Edited December 1, 2021 by 1902

shefcanary 2,490 Posted December 1, 2021 We're currently third bottom. A couple of more wins and we will be out of the relegation zone. Does that answer your questions? Derby that year were beyond crap. We're certainly better than that!
essex canary 508 Posted December 1, 2021 Smith won't tolerate the endless 5 yard passes quite like Farke did. We will make better use of dead balls. We won 8 points in the month. Survival a tall order but not impossible as it seemed at the end of October.
