1. If Jerome got injured today then yes he would be our only hope, unless AN went for josh or jacob up top as atleast theyed put in a shift and with Pritchard and Hoolahan in behind they could cause havoc getting into through balls, especially against Burton and the Neanderthals next Sunday.
2. apparently you can watch it tonight on bet365 abroad so that may be a way to watch it so it could also pop up on streaming sites if not.
3. I''m guessing he is on about Tetteys long standing knee problem, which to my recollection was operated on 2 years ago?? Not sure though. Anyway with Mulumbu hopefully back fit it isn''t the worst time to pick up the yellow as he''ll be back before the bins need kicking to the curb.
4. I''d second that, grown very tired of international football and would rather watch the passion of the 15 players out on the pitch today. you won''t see anyone rolling around with a broken nail or surround the referee there either.
5. With Cardiff playing two up top with 3 at the back recently I could see us mirroring their formation today so I''m going to say: Ruddy; Martin, Bennett, Klose; Pinto, Tettey, Howson, Dijks; Jacob Murphy, Oliviera, Jerome. Subs: McGovern, Whitts, Bassong, Hoolahan, Wildschut, Mulumbu, Josh Murphy.
6. Was always a favourite of mine along with Darren Kenton back at the turn or the century. Did well in his second spell to but shot himself in the foot when he rejected a contract and went to Preston as barely played and could of been a mainstay of our midfield for a few more years. I would imagine age has caught up with him now though.
7. Born in Hertfordshire but always supported Norwich. First game was against Middlesbrough in the 97-98 season and lost 3-1. I remember there was work on the bridge and was boarded up so my dad took us on a ''shortcut'', ended up going past the cathedral but luckily made it to the game in time. Went to another 2 games that season and then had a season ticket after that until my son was born a couple of years back and finances couldnt stretch but still make it to a few games a season.
8. I wouldn''t mind seeing a back 3 this weekend so I''ll go with: Ruddy; Martin, Klose, Bassong; Pinto, Howson, Tettey, Brady; Ja Murphy, Jerome, Hoolahan. Subs: McGovern, Bennett, Godfrey, Pritchard, Jo Murphy, Naismith, Lafferty.
9. Hopefully he can improve on his defensive play like Pinto seems to be doing. Most full backs are attacking now a days anyway which is fine if you have defensive midfielders who are positionally sound and don''t wonder off chasing the ball ala Tettey. Unless of course we go with a back 3 then his positioning won''t be as much of a problem, although still not ideal.
10.

Forgot to mention - will we see a new person to that line up?
Ask your self this - if you were a half decent player who wanted a move to a Club with prospects and you were offered a move to NCFC, would you think it was a good career move at this moment in time.
I can''t see many arriving, especially if they have offers from other champ clubs. I bet Pritchard wishes he never got stuck in traffic now.
11. I think we might have to play a back 5 out of necessity, unless captain fantastic gets pushed forward into midfield, as for the cup we could well play a u23/reserve team with maybe a start for Morris unless he suddenly, in desperation, decides lafferty up to the job.
12. On the basis that Olsson doesn''t play I''d go for: Ruddy; Pinto, Martin, Klose, Whittaker; Howson, Tettey; Ja Murphy, Naismith, Hoolahan; Oliviera. It could possibly be Pritchard instead of Hoolahan on the left but if imagine it''ll look similar to that. He could start Canos just for a laugh.
13. I can see a mass clear out happening this summer which is well overdue but we have to make sure we get quality over quantity. I can see us being left with come July 1st: McGovern, Jones; Pinto, Martin, Bennett, Godfrey; Howson, Dorrans, Thompson, Ja Murphy, Pritchard, Maddison, Hoolahan unless he has a foreign swansong; Oliviera, Jerome To my knowledge Rudd, Toffolo, McGrandles, Jo Murphy and Morris are all out of contract this summer and the jury''s out on if they''ll get extensions signed but I''d like to hope so. If they do sign up it still leaves up needing at minimum a Cb, a Fb who could play both sides, Cm/Dm and a Winger and any other players would have to be promoted from the youth academy. I would expect a few more to come in if we''re serious about trying to get back up still but if we settle for let''s try to finish just above Scum Utd then that''ll probably be it.
14. I''d more like to see a thorough change on the coaching and scouting team from the ground up. Having a set philosophy of how to play regardless of the actual starting formation and having players who are actually positionally and tactically aware. as much as I''d like a successful British manager to come in and do this I couldn''t think of anyone who could do this and would rather look down the leagues abroad for up and coming successful coaches and bring someone in as our FA still seem to be dark age despite the money and facilities thrown at our coaches, and we''ll always be 20-30 years behind the other behemoths over in the continent. But realistically just lowering the average age of our squad by 3-4 years would be a start.
15. Who would you like to bring in his month and who would you like to clear out? I for one wouldn''t mind brining in Steven Caulker as QPR seem to be clearing out all of there high earners and with his relative speed for a cb and comforbility on the ball could be a perfect partner for Klose.(and somehow he''s only 25). If we could sell Brady for £10m+ and loan or release Bassong and Turner to make room for him with Bennett and Martin in reserve with Whitts and Martin also covering at fb when needed, and in emergency we could recall toffolo. I don''t see any additions needed in midfield as long as the injurys we have in the middle aren''t too serious, if they are then a loan signing from a top 6 club wouldn''t go amiss, someone like loftus-cheek comes to mind. Also if we could get Jarvis and maybe even Mulumbu of the books, who I don''t see getting much gave time, would free up some more wages. Up top I''d stick with Oliviera and Jerome but if we could pick up a young pacey striker who wouldn''t upset the status quo then I''d be all for it or even another young prem loan. As for outs lafferty has to go for the sake of his career and if Morris could get first team games somewhere else I''d let him go too.
16. If he''s not going to get a game which seems clear then I''d loan him out, I definitely wouldn''t sell him. He''s 2 years younger than the murphys and arguably has more potential. 2 years ago we wouldn''t dare sell either of the murphys who were being kept out by Redmond so why would we do it now in a similar position.
17. Naismith is a bit of an enigma, whilst he seems to not do much and only gets 6-7 out of ten performances, we always seem to have our best games with him in the side as one of the 3 behind the striker. Wether his constant nagging is actually good leadership and is bringing out the best in others around him or that he is just able find the open space to release others I don''t mind but maybe he should be one of the first on the team sheet even if it is that he''s just a lucky mascot.
18. I wouldn''t worry about getting another striker either, we have Oliviera and Jerome as first choice with Morris as back up and if we wanted to use a small nippy striker why not use josh up top, has played there before and could do we ghosting around up top without the restrictions of tracking back.
19. I would make a couple of changes for today, Olsson for Brady, Howson for Tettey and Jacob for Jerome. Playing a 3-4-3 having Murphy and Pritchard flank Oliviera.
20. We seem to play better when either one of Brady or Olsson is missing. The start of the season without Brady we looked good and last season without Olsson we looked good but for some reason imo the two of them just don''t quite work together on the left. Brady, seeing the whole pitch ahead of him, really seems to suit him at left back and I for one would like to see him stay there, especially as we should always try to be on the front foot.
21. He''s a lot like another Leeds academy graduate, James Milner, quiet and professional off the pitch and with the media but commanding and someone who everyone can look up to on the pitch. Should''ve been captain once holt left.
22. If AN was to go I could see us going for Karl Robinson as the cheap option who they could try to spin as positive as he got MK promoted a couple of times.
23. On a more positive note former youth player Kris Renton has scored for Cowdenbeath
