You plan for the future and right now we need to plan for right now and have 2 strikers, excluding Barnes, who are young and showing pedigree.

Idah has had a career stalled by injuries and who knows how sargeant comes back. So another is sensible planning for now and thereafter

Indeed! We did after all manage another 3 goals after Sargent's departure last week.

You are right as Pinkun is normally tipped off to let us down gently around about now and they have been strangely silent today. My guess is that it is all connected with the flight from Bolzano yesterday afternoon. Hopefully tour of Colney, medical and paperwork.

He's already been discussed and NCFC have already said they aren't interested "allegedly"

They're probably signing Sinisterra from Leeds. I know he's a winger whereas Moore is a centre forward, but if it's a numbers game...

We do have more strikers to call on be it young! But where do you stop, if all you can get in is a loan of a mediocre striker who potentially won’t add anything is it really warranted? As for the number of first class strikers! We’ll we could have three four or five but injuries can occur and generally do in bouts on players in the same position, we should know as we’ve had it in our defence in the past!

Seriously if we can’t afford quality to improve what we have then go with what we have in my opinion. Still a few hours to go. So we shall see.

Well I hope Fassnacht has been practicing getting on the end of crosses this week with his bonce and feet. He's the tallest. The prospect of playing Gibbs or Nunez there feels absurd to me.

Goals can come from anywhere in the team i know but that is with Sarge / Idah and Barnes playing upfront without them ,

i doubt the chances would be so good Nunez and gibbs will not hold the ball up as well

I'd rather we sign no one and rely on one of the u21s than sign Moore.

before the sarge injury i did say this was make or break season really has to break through maybe cement a 1st team place ,

people say we are not trying to replace Sarge well if Idah is in double figure when he is back fit it is Idah's place to lose

I see Bournemouth are moving for Patson Daka from Leicester. Sounds like one that would free up Moore to move.
