Wow, I think that’s a minimum of 6 definite pens not given for us this season, probably more - off the top of my head - tonight, Max v Wigan, Sargent at Blackpool, handball v Burnley, Pukki v Reading…

Wagner comes in with better players and does not change the results i know he has injuries at the moment

I am a bit unconvinced by Wagner as for me he has not picked the right team/formation often enough recently.

However the fundamental issue of the lack of defensive midfielder, lack of playmaker and the squad being a centre back shirt are not down to the managers.

I think I remember Smith saying quite a while before he was sacked that the PGMOL or whoever admitted we should have had 6 pens at that point, and we'd been given none.

At least this one was irrelevant.
