Felixfan 53 Posted November 20, 2018 Looking forward to Thursday, which should be less acrimonious than some in past few years. Need some reassurance re Webber’s and Farke’s future but doubt that we will get it.
KiwiScot 1,684 Posted November 20, 2018 (edited) Maybe get the latest on Jarvis's injuries although I think now he is just going through the motions until retirement end of contract. And we don't need him now. Edited November 20, 2018 by KiwiScot
sonyc 6,145 Posted November 20, 2018 Would like to know what improvements they intend to make to Carrow Rd? It was intimated in the recent article by Ms Ward that it may be on the cards following the Colney upgrades.

I did hear that there is to be a stall at the entrance giving away hair shirts, with the name of one's favourite Board scapegoat printed on the back 😋

I think the effort made by ACN (and others) to improve the atmosphere at Carrow Road is commendable. However, I feel they're hamstrung by the layout and design of the Ground. I'd like to see this taken into consideration when evaluating ground improvements. I'd love to see the City Stand Redeveloped, but even the River end and Barclay are a little dated now. I'm sure at this stage the improvements won't consider major development. I like the idea of a fan park in the space behind the south stand. Somewhere to eat and drink close to the ground, whilst watching early kick offs on a big screen. Certainly it would require policing correctly, but it would be a nice way to build the atmosphere for all supporters prior to kick off.
River End Canary 18 Posted November 21, 2018 I assume Robin Sainty will be there pursuing his free ladies sanitary wear agenda?
Felixfan 53 Posted November 21, 2018 I like the idea of the fan park especially as there is no seating area under the South stand. I asked McNally about this years ago and he said he would look into it !
Feedthewolf 5,885 Posted November 21, 2018 Is the boy Big Vince finally going to stand up and make himself heard? As the club is in such a shocking state at the moment, surely this is the perfect time to instigate his uprising again the Suffolk Socialists and their band of luvvies? I took it from that Vinnie was responsible for the sacking manager question as there was so much reported on that one point. Looking forward to tomorrow and hearing what everyone else would have said on Friday🙂

But if I had a suspicious mind I might think he is waiting for some time after what promises from his point of view to be an AGM that shows the club in an annoyingly solid position on and off the field (and preferably from his point of view also after a disastrous run of results) to sign on/appear... Bill 1,788 Posted November 21, 2018 What about the sausage rolls ? Is global warming heating them up enough ? If the lights fail will many Hans make light work ? Will Ed have the balls to ge up a face the music (and dance?) How many sat facing the audience will have a smug look on their face ?

vos 176 Posted November 21, 2018 Bearing in mind my past strong criticism of Daniel Farke coupled with our current league position, I will not be asking any questions this year. I am TOTALLY SPEECHLESS.

Grumpy 147 Posted November 22, 2018 oh thats a shame.Having tried as many ways as I can with no luck this is my last resort to try and get the PA improved in the area that I sit in,the infill between the River End and The Jarrold Stand. Public and safety announcements are clear enough but when those muppets out on the pitch get going it is crap. For instance, for the whole of last season, the local heroes who come onto the pitch with the ball were introduced.I have no idea who any one of them were or what they were being recognised for.I am sure that many will think it is of no consequence but it is to me.It infuriates me. shefcanary 2,955 Posted November 22, 2018 I have a fellow pink'un forum member asking about the large amount paid to the auditors which was labelled as tax advice in the accounts on my behalf. I have a feeling it was really about the Bond issue but would be good to get clarified and ensure it was not, say, tax advice given to the directors for instance, or for some failed dodgy tax avoiding player remuneration scheme. Other than that perhaps a question on the recent EFL TV deal and where the club stood on that - are we a dissenting club? If so why worry when we are going to get promoted this year anyway?
