I have just read on the BBC Website that there has been a rise in young hooligans at football matches.......mainly at lower league games. Is this evident at England matches, note the flags around the ground. Thoughts please....

Good you guys must have some serious money. the prices they go for are unreal. I cant afford anything near what they go for. Its a shame really i would love something which has actually been worn.
