  1. 15/20 mins?? i live in hoxne (next village to stradbroke) and Norwich and Ipswich are both 23 miles away and take 45 mins to drive to..
  2. I missed out and am gutted! I know its very unlikely but if anyone''s got a spare or cant go for any reason I''d happily pay over the odds for a ticket(s)..
  3. yep, great effort lads - i was sitting in the row behind you and i can hardly speak today! just about managed to croak happy mother''s day down the phone to my mum..unreserved seating is the key, wish it was like that for every away game..
  4. my mate rang the box office this morning and was told we''d sold our original allocation; applied for more and that they''d sold out by yesterday afternoon - there will be another 1000 on sale at the turnstiles. Looks like we''re taking 4000+ fans which would be a fantastic effort. I cant wait! y''army
  5. i''m going.. can anyone please confirm that tickets will available on the day and a price please?
  6. anyone know how much tickets are for tomorrow?? and I havent been away for a while.. assuming tickets will be on sale at the gate? thanks
  7. born and bred in Hoxne, near Dissuni in Nottinghambeen in  north london for last 4 years - currently in Hackney
  8. sorry if we''re been through this recently but im after a bit of help please if anyone can shed any light.... living in London i always used to be able to get the live commentary feed off radio norfolk even though it had already sold the rights over to canary TV as had the address saved in my favourites.. unfortunately my PC is now knackered and I now use my flatmate''s MAC - I obviously cant get the radio norfolk feed anymore so rather against my will I bought the canary TV package thing for 25 quid only to then find out its not compatable with MAC.. has anyone else had similar problems and managed to work out how to listen.. have been using the bbc live text feed and sky sports for the last 2-3 weeks but its rubbish..any help greatly appreciated!!good luck for tonight, 2-0 city
  9. i still reckon we''ll get a striker in yet... the tranfer window was only for perm signings and prem to prem loans remember..
  10. i put a fiver on us to get promoted about 3 weeks at 100/1.. i''m not giving up yet - i think we can get back to winning ways at FCR but honestly cant see us winning enough away to get us up to 70 points.. i predict 10th place, 63 points. lets get out of the bottom 3 and then see what happens in the jan transfer market, could be interesting..
  11. well we could be out of the bottom 3 by saturday night... If Blackpool draw with QPR and Wolves beat Preston; providing we win of course! I''ll settle for a draw but it goes to show we could be out of this mess before too long.. the whole club''s going to get a massive lift out of the last 2 results / performances and I really cant see us being down near the bottom for long.. am happiest of all for the fans who made the long trip up to Blackpool tonight - they''ll be buzzing all the way home!!
  12. well i thought it was a 7.45 KO.. pubs rounds london bridge are your best bet for pre-match pint..
  13. live in london - couldnt make it up to norwich for the debate but myself and 5 the mates that i''m coming to game with on saturday will be protesting.. enough is enough.. we want worthy out
  14. I cant imagine this season''s been much fun for anyone but due to work commitments and living in london i''ve only been able to go to the away games around the capital: makes for some pretty grim reading!!: watford 2-1 (L) luton 4-2 (L) millwall 1-0 (L) qpr 3-0 (L) reading (4-0) L palace (4-1) L thats conceeding an average of 3 goals a game and scoring only 2/3rd of one - anyone else with a similar depressing return from games they''ve seen? i think for my health and the sake of the club i should stay away for a while!
  15. Stephen, Yep, hopefully will get to see a few games at the new stadium - Bergkamp''s testimonial in the summer? just hope they can sort the noise levels out compared to Highbury; i know its always been referred to as the library, but i was lucky enough to be sitting in the middle of the north bank vs chelsea just before xmas and ok they lost a pretty unispiring game but there was so little atmosphere even from the clock end.. On a different note does anyone else living in (north) london agree that we''ve got a brilliant reputation as a club and fans.. often bump in other fans, usually gooners and spurs in pubs and they''re (nearly) always genuinely welcoming and happy to talk footy for a pint or 2, usually ending in come on let be havin you chant!
  16. born in Diss, now living in London - just off Holloway Rd and literallly a couple of 100 yards from Ashburton Grove (new Gooner''s ground) which btw is going to be amazing when finished.. OTBC
  17. probably getting a bit off the thread here but from World Cup ''98 in France you''re French and you know you are - If it wasnt for the English you''d be Crauts.. Xenophobic me?
  18. worthy stays.. results and perfomances will improve.. we''ll finish in the top 6 which tbh is no better than any of us should''ve realistically predicted at the start of the season.    eieieio off to wembley we will go
  19. its just after asda on the loughborough road.. see you there!
  20. i''ll be watching it my local - the Wolds in west bridgford.. big screen, 2 for 1 food and the beers pretty good.. always glad to see a bit of yellow n green in there.
  21. I''m afraid its 18th for me.. we will have less money to spend in january than anyone else, and I feel that Southampton and Blackburn (the only other realistic challengers for 18th) will prove to be 4/5 points stronger than the 3 that came up this season.. Although clearly waiting and hoping to be proved wrong!
  22. I love all things england as much as the next man, but i''m with those opposed to the flags on cars - 100% total tack in my book.. bet you virtually none of them could tell you when st. george''s day is..
  23. vs southampton in i think ''88, i was 10.. ended 1-1, fleck scored infront of the barclay. Seem to remember andy townsend swallowing his tongue but could have later in the season..
