I'm not particularly excited about learning who Bristol Rovers will play in the next round.

I was about to say I can't wait to see who we won't be playing in the 4th round.

Man City away, it's a funny old game, anything can happen in a one-horse race,  magic of the Cup, blah to blah etc. We'd smash it. Anyway could see if Bodds has improved on home turf !!!😀

Big clubs were never a problem when the players used to a down a sherry with a raw egg in it it just before the kick-off.

Maybe we should bring that back

Don't suppose you would really.

Meaning? I just don't recall a mass desire to get big clubs early rounds or all the way through

In truth an away tie at a huge ground would be ideal (if we somehow win the replay). I believe FA Cup gate receipts are still split 50-50 so Man Utd away might be worth a few quid.

You can travel down to Bristol on the 17th if you like. It's a lovely city, with lots to do.

The football, however, is being played on Tuesday 16th January.

I think the FA take 10%(?) then the rest is split, but yes it is equal shares. Spurs/Arsenal away would be great. A good earner and easy on travel for our away support. The binners would be over the moon if they drew as at home. Two cup finals for them in one season.

I hope Rovers get a home tie against Liverpool.

They deserve it for at least trying to win on Saturday

Spooky
