Deserved that late goal, but I did think Gibson was very lucky to not concede a penalty, looked stonewall from where I'm sitting, he's very much still the weak link can't be long before Batth takes his place in the starting line up.

The much criticised Idah has been annonymous too, hopefully see Hwang at some point soon.

Swapping Aarons for Stacey has played a big part in City’s excellent start this season.

Think it showed that Aarons was a little disgruntled and possibly a bit stale. Stacey has definitely hit the ground running, to his credit.

Gibson does play it close to the mark when it comes to getting decisions against him. He makes me nervous at times;

Wagnerball demands more of a contribution than that first half from Idah. Keep it up, and we might well see Hwang sooner than anticipated.

Think most people can agree that in hindsight Aarons probably should have been sold two seasons ago

Just so so much better, isn’t it? Every player looks like they’re loving it; the urgency to get the ball moving in between play, the relentless pressing, the sharp and incisive passing in possession. So much more enjoyable than what we’ve seen live at Carrow Road for some time.

Crowd way behind the team as well. Think we can all see the crowd were never the main problem last season…

Loved that half. Our pressing game is almost unplayable at times. Not surprised the goal came as it did, running Stoke ragged.

I think it's no coincidence we're scoring a lot of goals late in the half

Doing good apart from the very last ball at times. Easy on the eye to watch. Kenny having a good game and reading it all well. Have to keep our concentration. Its nice passing first time at the back but one poor pass can undo everything. Maybe try Hwang for Idah in the 2nd half.

Probably a Stoke pen first half, but Rowe was fouled in the box earlier too, one of those ones that's given 100% of the time out of the box.

Idah really isn't a centre forward, he just doesn't have the Holtesque instinct you need.

With Smith, we had spells of not capitalising on spells of really good football as we weren't fit enough. Here, with Wagner, the problem's a bit different - it's clear the lads are far fitter, but there's definitely a pacing problem and sometimes the game management isn't quite on point.

Idah took a bit longer leaving the pitch as he had to hand over the Pinkun scapegoat armband to Kenny for the final half an hour...

We really needed to have finished this game off by now, giving how poor Stoke have been in possession. Hope it doesn't burn us in the end.

Really impressed with Fassnacht.

Meanwhile, Placheta's replaced Giannoulis - was that a minor knock to Dimi or is Wagner deciding now's the time to check out if his left-back idea really works?

Giannoulis was on a yellow, and Stoke were pressing mainly down his wing. Wagner avoiding a 2nd yellow for Dimi.

We've lost midfield.

They have subbed on a coupe of seasoned midfielders, they are up against an inexperienced Sara .... and Kenny.

And we bring on a couple of midfielders to calm things down.
