Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man 3,857 Posted February 13, 2023 You have to admire the bloke's dedication to the sport; I think he has retired after each of his last three jobs but he just can't help himself. I've also warmed to him over the last decade or so, so it'd be quite nice to see him keep Huddersfield up.

It's a bit like Roy Keane really.
cambridgeshire canary 6,801 Posted February 13, 2023 He clearly just can't stay away. He's still gonna be managing when he's 80 mark my words even if he has to go down to non league for a club to accept him at that age, he'll he would probably be happy to do it for free given how much its clear he loves the game. End of the day love him or hate him he's clearly In it for the sport and not the money, and is very much a proper old school manager. Fair play to him carrying on. Google Bot 3,314 Posted February 13, 2023 (edited) Mad to think he was manager there in 1993, didn't realise that. That'd be like us bringing Mike Walker in. Edited February 13, 2023 by Google Bot

Often found prowling technical areas and behind cameras, this persistent creature has varied plumage and a loud, piercing call, usually to attract the attention of a mate, known as a 'referee'. Just seen an excerpt of one where he's with Ben Foster and was asked about the best player he could have worked with, and he told a story of how one of his scouts recommended a striker in the French Second Division but they couldn't afford the hundred grand fee. That striker was Didier Drogba!
