Let us consider the facts.............

Big Vince has never supported Ipswich Town.

Delia Smith did (does?) support Ipswich Town.

Delia and Wynnie live in Suffolk.

Ipswich supporters have photos of her wearing their shirt.

The Norwich manager is not permitted to win a cup.

Posters on here are queuing up to support Delia and Wynnie.

Who are the real little binnies on here?
I have a selection of problems with them...........

One is that they put a clause in the manager''s contract to say that Norwich City MUST get knocked out of the cups at the first or second hurdle. This is WHY Ipswich Town have one more FA Cup than we do.

They have no ambition to win any major trophies at all so therefore Ipswich Town will always be one League Championship and one European trophy ahead of us so long as they hold sway at the club.

Money is supposed to be a means to an end (ie. major trophies) NOT an end in itself, which is the trap that you and many others in the world of modern football have fallen into................
what a load of ol squit.

I do like how you refer to yourself as a 3rd person!... genius

Big Vince and his dedication to the ''facts'' as he knows them should be celebrated, this is the kind of British eccentric that the Tories have stamped out, back in good old days you could see glimpses of Big Vince types in shopping streets now we have care in the community and they''re everywhere.

Carry on Vince, don''t let these lily livered  liberals stop you from your mission.
Having just carried out due diligence by checking our record for the period 1996 - 2015, I don''t see any major cups won, nor any major cup finals reached, nor any major semi-finals reached............. Of course the managers have signed cupless contracts..............
Can you just clarify who you are talking about here Norwich or the Scum ? [*-)]

And another thing.........

Only an Ipswich supporter would appoint the Blarneymeister, first as Director of Football in 1998, then as Manager in 2000.

And what about the Villa-supporting Bob the Grocer?

And some posters on here accuse Big Vince of being a wind-up artist?

Face facts, City are run by little binnies in disguise.

I remember reading about a small cell of Japanese soldiers who carried on fighting for years after the war finished. They''d been sent to an island in the Phillipines and told that whatever happened they weren''t to take their own lives because the commanding officers would come back for them. So long after the war was over they continued with guerilla warfare in the jungle and couldn''t be caught. Leaflets and newspapers were dropped in the jungle. As were letters with photographs from Japanese soldiers and officers explaining that the war had been lost many years previously. Even soldiers with loud hailers spent weeks in the jungle trying to get these guerillas to give up. Nothing worked but over the years the cell number dwindled until just one remained. And this one soldier carried on fighting the war on his own until he eventually surrended his Samarai sword to the Phillipine President in 1975 nearly 30 years after the war was over.

Now Big Vinshido used to have a following on here. Even some from below stairs held on to the tails of his kimono every time he appeared. But like with the cell in the jungle their numbers have slowly dwindled. Until it appears today Vishido is alone. A lone voice in the jungle calling "where are you,  where are you, let''s be ''avin'' you............." Ironically the words that once inspired him now haunt him as nobody answers his call.

Are we close to Big Vinshido''s 1975 and will he surrender his sword to Delia?
Immodest, I know, but this reminded me of a post from 2008 about Peter Cullum, when some still hadn''t cottoned on to the reality:I''ve used the analogy before, but it''s like those world war two Japanese soldiers fighting on after the surrender, refusing to believe that their blind faith in the emperor could have been misplaced. I''m convinced that 20 years from now Smudger, for one, will be discovered in some cyberspace jungle repeating over and over again: "He a clever businessman who loves the club. He''s just biding his time until the price falls. You mark my words. He''s a clever businessman..."
Apparently the jungle drums report that Cullum is still biding his time.....
He''s creating a smoke screen by cleverly losing his money in Towergate.

Listen, the War on Delia is far from over.

There are a number of sleeper cells keeping their powder dry for when the time comes.........

Delia may think her position is safe for now, but that is only because McNasty has been covering for her the last six years and making her look good by adding lots of enhancers and beautifiers..........

Take away McNasty and Delia is nothing; nothing at all. It will be back to the dark days of Autumn 2009. Then the sleeper cells will awaken, and boy, is there going to be carnage.............
