It was just good to see a player who has actually come from within our own club and cared about the match. Nobody was outstanding but he shows promise.

There are players i wouldnt want to see playing for norwich anymore such as Otsemobor, but i dont actually know who we could attract instead. Lee and Shackell, if they were cheap, i would buy.

Anybody think he would be a good suggestion for new manager? Not sure if he would be available but he has done well at county and seems to do quite well with the youth. He has managerial experience, which is always a bonus though not essential in the clubs eyes it seems

I dont blame him for getting us relegated as i dont see what else he could have done. But 1 win in 6 shows exactly why he simply cant be our manager next year.

I believe him to be possibly our worst player, and the fact he has held down a place in our first team so long shows why we have been relegated if there has really been nobody better to play than him. He does not mark; any cross to the far post is always a possible goal against norwich, and has been all season, and has been exploited time after time. He has pace but doesnt do anything useful with it, and shows little passion either.

I can see charlton going back up

I wouldnt say immense but definately good and promising, would like to see him next season. He looked like an actual norwich player who cared.

The crowd reaction aside, what I find very irritating is every week players like fotheringham popping up in the EDP and Official site talking about "We are all in this together", "its down to us" or whatever else they say before turning up on the pitch and doing an absolutely useless performance

We should have either spent seriously when we got promoted - ie not simon charlton, jonson and doherty, or when we got regated - ie andy hughes etc

Not at all. I can not see us coming back up again. imo the difference between league 1 and the bottom of the championship is not a big one, and the team that we have (ie fotheringham, otsemobor and cureton) is not good enough to get promoted from league one and we dont have the money to get anything better in.

I think there has been a thread on this previously but cant find it and have forgotten the exact details of it. Does anyone know the true (average) costs of getting a loan player in for half a season? Its certainly not just a case of simply paying the wages i seem to recall

The defence is absolutely dire and imo by far our biggest problem. Its just so easy to knock the ball around our box, and you simply cannot afford to be second best in reacting to the ball.
