1. F.A. Cup quarter final (?) vs Southampton away. There we all stood upon the terracing, and someone (rotund and drunk) staggered out on to the terrace, hit the wet steps and tumbled all the way down to the front knocking people over on his way. Hilarious.
2. If Leeds were closed down, then that would be one club less below us, putting us nearer to League 1. So perhaps consider sending Leeds a fiver or so to help them out...
3. ho ho. That''s one variety of stock not seen in any of Delia''s recipe books.
4. I had a thought that perhaps every home supporter attendee at Carrow Road match should donate an additional sum to our club, as charity. If, for example, 20,000 people each gave a 15 quid donatation, this would raise £300,000 for the club to spend on a player. If we as a Club actually are struggling to raise funds for players then at least we could feel as if we are doing our little bit to help out. Yes i accept we pay ticket prices, buy shirts and all, but i for one would be happy to contribute if it was put to good use.
5. Am gonna unconfidently predict a Norwich win, and even stick my neck out that Donkerty is gonna have the game of his life for us. He hasn''t been in the papers sprouting the usual old pre-game jive prior to defeats for a little while, so tonight sees us celebrating the start of good fortune for the club. Its against his old club, his family and friends should be there so i reckon Donks will make us all proud of him.....     May the feel good factor at Fortress Carra Rud return soon. Gone but not forgotten.........
6. Agreed. Yet its not gonna happen while there is too much unrest amongst the Canary Faithful / Pink''un posters*.   * by the way, I am not inferring that Pink''Un posters are not Faithful Canaries.
7. the 90minutes of 11 old women dressed in yellow and green running around the pitch is a greater appeal is it?
8. The Desire to win is something several players need to get let alone improve on.
9. Both Grant and our Board want Norwich out of this division, and so, at present they may get their wish. "If" (please note my choice not to use the word "when") we sadly get relegated into league 1 we may follow that up with promotion back to here again, and in gaining the promotion then the Board will be pleased that Grant was indeed the right man to get this club promoted.
10.
Smudger, I was wondering why you went back 11 matches. its because we sequence is (going back) LWLLLWDDLLL | WDLWWDLWW  and that is all the matches under Peter Grant.  11 matches gives us our lowest points per game for any run of over 6 matches. Very cunning, but not cunning enough, going back 10 matches I wouldn''t have checked why you chose that length of games.
Perhaps 11 is the number of fingers (and thumbs) on his hands???
11. 4.     I am reading this while eating my lunch. 5.    Half of my working day is done, so only half of my working day remains. 6.   Someone more senior than me in my office has c0cked up some publicity leaflets, and the phones are gonna go nuts
12. Both should stay for next season. Its not like our Club is flush with cash to go buy replacements.
13. baldyboy worte "he should just quit and accept he was s**t for us" Was he even that good?
14. He made the mistake by putting Thorne on in the first place. To remove him is imo a tactical decision for the better.   Cant beleive we didnt let Thorne go out on loan. Better still, perhaps the Club could come to some mutual financial arrangement so Thorne doesnt have to sit around waiting for his chance.
15. Denial is not just a river in Egypt......
16. ....... I haven''t been happy (as with regards to my football for the best part of 2 years now) so am getting quite used to being miserable on a Saturday evening [:(]   Bet you''re glad it''s Tuesday then...........   Smudger comes across as miserable every day of the week. Still, its pancake day today. Bet he is a tosser?
17. Potential (as Ian Holloway said as similar on tv the other week) is the ability to talk about something acheivable that could or should be happening but is not actually happening.
18. norfolkbroadslim "Totally unrelated to this thread, but nice avatar salp" Perhaps my moniter doesnt do the photo any justice?
19. hogesar wrote "Im 15, however i have realised that this will be my first FA cup match at carra rud. " People replied to reminisce of their first memorable experiences at  FA Cup matches. On another posting, hogesar then wrote that he was looking to find the man who hugged and cuddled him during the game. Is this the sort of memory a 15 year old should have of his first FA Cup match?
20. Never mind drums, with our recent influx of management and players, perhaps we should start playing bagpipes......
21. Did he give out sweeties? Or show photos of his kittens?
22. Huckerby, i quite confidently predict, will score in each and every round of the FA cup as Norwich progress through to victory in the Final. So, who''s next in our way on our victorious march to Wembley* (*subject to completion). Oh, erm, that''ll be Chelski. Erm... second thoughts for the Final. Still, if it happens, you saw it here first.
23. Park at Carra Rud, and go travel on the Cabbage.....
24. This took me under 5 minutes. Alomst brought a tear to my eye. Damn we had a mighty fine set of players. Oh, the good ol'' days.
25. SofB wrote, "utlimately it will be our inability to score goals that will lead to our demise"   Actually, its our inability to stop conceding goals (since our championship winning promotion season) that is the biggest problem.
