  1. Plymouth play him as a wing back whereas we have played him more as a straight full back. Clearly he is a much more effective player in an attacking role but would we use him that way.
  2. When are people going to realise they can’t afford to sack him. There is a £42 million short term loan to be repaid with no obvious source of funds ro repay it. So minimal spending and close season player sales are coming unless promotion is secured. Mind you even player sales might not be enough given how they are playing. You think this season is poor, just wait for the nect one.
  3. Either the players aren’t fit enough to press for the whole game or they have lost confidence in the manager and his staff. Neither is acceptable
  4. The Bees haven’t spent Fulham or Forest levels of cash but make us look amateurs. There again they haven’t got a couple of octogenarians ruling the roost with a husband and wife team running the day to day operations. They certainly are not a bigger club than us but are clearly run much more effectively.
  5. The big question is whether the portion of scampi in the Gunn Club has improved.
  6. Irrelevant question. He was fired and won’t be back. Stop living in the past and move forward.
  7. On the whole the Chase era was the most successful in the club’s history. Thank God he bought the land around the club that Delia and MWJ could flog off and take the credit for.
  8. How about a new chant for home games: Weber, Weber you’ve got a mountain to climb a mountain to climb, a mountain to climb and repeat ad nauseum.
  9. I always want City to win yet accept that in many matches we won’t.
  10. Smith & Jones cannot afford to dump S & S so carry on falling down the table. Never mind it’s only a game and think how bad it would be if we have to play the scum next season.
  11. Yes it was ridiculous of the Tories to borrow huge sums to keep people in jobs through furlough during Covid which you probably blame them for as well. Fancy borrowing even more to support people through the energy crisis. Obviously all the Tories fault and how can they try to shift the blame on Vlad the Impaler. Let them burn waste to keep warm!!!!!
  12. Even if it is a requirement for the FA Cup you would league clubs visiting non-league ones would reimburse them their costs. If the Binners don’t do it this would confirm what a tawdry little club they have become. I couldn’t imagine the Cobbold brothers not doing this.
  13. It goesto show how poor Sottish football is. Huge success at Rangers and thenna flop at Villa. His hpoes of managing Liverpool have just gone up in a cloud of smoke. Still it’s a few more millions of £ in the bank.
  14. The current situation reminds me of our promotion season under Neil Adams then Alex Neil.
  15. Once again Crafty calls it correcly.. Pre-season prediction of finishing 8th to 12th looking good. Only concern is that that might be a tad optimistic.
  16. Could be worse, we could have Starmer in number 10. 😙😙
  17. Brucie can then be thr Binners next agent and take them plummeting down the table. 👍👍👍
  18. Glass half full = joint 1st in table 🙂 Glass half empty = joint 3rd in table 😡
  19. He certainly could have done better with Reading’s equaliser last Tuesday.
  20. We might be at the top end of the table for results but the output of most on here are bottom of the table stuff.
