Do we need them? Will Rodent get rid of them next? Why replace a divot when we don''t have a striker who could hit a barn door from 10 yards at the club.

To be fair James, this tread could have gone with the ''who will be sack next'' one.

For heaven''s sake, please SHUT UP with all these negative comments! To be honest there''s no real need for them, it''s not really going to help anybody (unless it''s constructive criticism, which it isn''t).

The serious side of this is that whilst Roeder sacking some of the staff is not necessarily a worry and he may have other ideas or replacements in mind, when other important members of back room staff also start to jump ship of their own free will it makes it look like people are very unhappy behind the scenes and that they have had enough. I think this is a serious concern. Roeder has enough to do with rebuilding the team no matter having to rebuild the backroom staff too. Replacing those staff is always usually going to be more expensive for a similar quality employee or cheaper if you go for a youngster straight out of Uni. Either option is a negative imo.

People on here have been telling people to stop worrying about the lack of transfers so far. But I think it really is time to get seriously worried. We need to sign more quality players this summer than ever before and rebuild/reorganise the backroom team. We have very little time to do this and the longer things get drawn out the more likely other clubs will get their acts together and get interested in the players we want. We need to see action NOW!

It must be obvious that something was wrong at Colney, full marks to Roeder for trying to sort it all out.Of course whether he has tried to do too much too soon remains to be seen. How many times have there been rants on this forum about players not trying ?

As for people leaving, lets be honest if you or I had the chance of a big promotion we would leave our jobs wouldn''t we?

Yes, the lack of players is a concern I don''t think we have enough senior players to make up a full 16. There will have to be players come in..........

Come Christmas we will all be shouting how good GR is............ or he will have been sacked a career in ruins. Of course if that happens we  will be relegated!

If instead of replacing the divots they turned the soil over it would make it even easier for the "vegetables" to take root.

I totally agree that most people offered a better job or promotion will take it. But my point is that human nature tends to make people moan about things at work and never actually do anything about it unless things get extremely bad such that they start taking the action of looking for new jobs even if that means relocating. Now on top of the sackings we have had 2 senior members of staff seek out new jobs which mean they will either have a very long commute or will have to relocate. People do not take such decisions lightly if they are happy enough in their current jobs. Thats why I think its a big worry. If it wasn''t something serious you would have thought the club would have been able to persuade them to stay on for a while at this time that so much other sorting out needs doing.

I said in an earlier and different post, that we needed a complete overhaul of the club. We have not been producing the goods in all departments from the 1st team down. When they are not performing then they need changing, simple. GR has his ideas and wants to implement them, good on him I say. He is the boss and we have to respect that.
the half time "fork boys" and the golf cart drivers must be worried!
What''s the bet we only keep one out of Captain Canary and Splat the Cat aswell?

After Camilla''s breif appearence at Carrow Road, and the dwindling of sponsorsed mascots it makes you wonder.

Sports scientist - "persuing other career opportunities"- If his job was to monitor Chris Martin and Paul McVieghs Fitness levels, perhaps its as a movie consultant for "supersize me 2"

If Mr Carrow gets sacked; when the announcement comes on, will it just be silence in remembrance of him?

I think he should sack who ever made the decision to change the cornish pasty supplier at the end of last season. The only thing I looked forward to last season was my half time cornish pasty and the new improved ones were minging
