What an awful awful game - two teams there for the taking and none can take the advantage - on our side full of hoof ball, giving the ball away and players who cant get the ball off the ground with a corner.  Neither keeper having a save to make - typical championship relegation stuff.

For me Pattison is the main reason we have been doing better recently, and whilst Taylor was an improvement at the back if it came down to a straight choice of buying one or the other of them it would not be Taylor....though of course both would be nice!

IMO I''m not so bothered tonight about the performance, given where we are it is first and foremost about not losing, particularly in an away game.  A clean sheet would be fantastic, so if it is 0-0 and we get a point then it is more than fine by me.

My god, fozzy is the player of the season so far for me, big up for glen, giving fozzy the captaincy has boosted his commitment big time, him and doc done really well tonight.

And at least under glen we have grown a spine at last.

Not so long ago we would have folded conceding so late in a game.

So we stay off the bottom 3, and another win or two really changes the perspective in the table.

More than happy with a draw away from home - people do seem to have forgotten that our away form was 1-1-8 going in to today''s game.   Performance-wise it sounds a little iffy, but who cares at the end of the day, we''ve put in some decent performances for bugger all (eg Stoke) so it is fair enough.

Rubbish game Norwich could and should have won but once again our problem is not in defence it is the lack of a cutting edge.

Praise for Doc, Fotheringham and Otsemobor and for the team coming back but in all honesty it wasn''t a dirty game, the pitch was good and we failed to capitalise.

I''ll take a draw although we need to win, win and win and Roeder did go for the win. Roeder knows he cannot blow all his cash on Taylor as we need a striker.

Well my opinion on that game is that Glenn got his team selection wrong, it was a bit negative and looked like he was playing for a point.

If you haven''t got Hucks or Croft in the side then you''ve got nobody who wants to take players on with the ball at their feet and no real width.

Personally I''d have started with Pattison in central midfield with Fozzie and then Hucks wide left. I know what they said on Sky about Hucks having a problem with his back during the week but I don''t buy into that too much.

We should really aim to beat sides like Colchester whether it''s home or away.

Wrong. We need creative midfielders. Your praise for Fotheringham seems miss placed to me he set up nothing. His corners were awful his free kick were worse. And Russell! I think the ref had more meaningful touches than him. A total passenger.

Sorry but we need to create chances. And until we do what good would a new striker do.
