I believe it's Bor-ha Signz

I heard it pronounced as signs as in road signs, but I though it was as Sainsbury - sains

also,  'Borja Sainz Eguskiza - In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Sainz and the second or maternal family name is Eguskiza.'   Wikipedia

This suggests the above is correct

Spain has many dialects and Borja comes from Basque. They have a very ancient language which is nothing like Spanish. There's also Catalan, Asturian up north around that area.

In other words, I do not know exactly and it would be good to hear the correct pronunciation for Mr Sainz.

I was a fan of rally legend Carlos back in the day.
Pronounced like "science" but without the "e" bit.

When I was a child there was a shop in Soham known as "Des Boys", which seemed a bit odd. Years later I heard that a local girl had married a Frenchman and it was really "Des Bois".

There was a chap in our village called Mr Sixpunce. I don't think his first name was Arthur, though.
