Today a rare visit to the English Riviera and hopefully 3 points against Plymouth and the Green Army. Long trip for the away fans.

News - No pay at the gate. Barnes is out for months. Sainz given a run out with the u21s last night. Wagner says his approach to the game will be the same as usual. Never mind the danger, but Bali Mumba is about and should we have a open goal to score the winner expect a sliding tackle taking us out. Their coach is called Schumacher after all.

I was there that day and we really hammered them and we left the ground thinking Roeder had cracked it with this line up. And we all know what happened.

Catching the 10.17 from Redruth and hopefully meeting up with a few at the Britannia. Wearing my traditional Centenary shirt.

Although Mumba hasn't even started their last couple games last time I looked...

See we sold out all 1600 tickets. Credit to the fans.

Plymouth is a cracking town

if you aren’t desperate for an ‘away’ pub the Dolphin in the Barbican ( picturesque harbour) is a belter.  Bass from the barrel is a must !

y’army

My apologies this afternoon, attending an urban indie music festival in Sheffield today, you'll miss my witty urbane critique of the match (and my slagging of Kenny!).🤣

COYY! OTBC!

Interesting dynamic today, Plymouth will want a response in front of the home crowd to being dunked by Bristol. However, they'll surely know playing too openly against us is a poor strategy.

I think we'll see Idah up front and Gibbs given another chance (but Forshaw ready to go if it isn't working). Placheta is the featured player in the gameday graphic- probably a bit of a myth but I feel that usually indicates involvement- so perhaps we will deploy him down the left to deal with Mumba.

To quote from Football Manager, 'if we play our game, we'll win, and we're all very capable of that'.

i hope to see a young striker on the bench today if Idah and Hwang do not look like scoring we need to try something else ,

we need more than just hard work we need some quality in final 3rd

Blimey. That's the first time anyone from this forum has been involved in anything urban!

Have a good time!

No U23 striker close to being ready then, if they're not getting a call up to the bench now then it's a while before any of them will.

Not this week. They were all either on the bench or playing last night.

i would of taken McCallum out and Under 23 striker in ,

PP could fill in if needed at LB nobody to replace strikers on bench without playing a wide man upfront

Yeah I get that, but if any of them were close they'd have been pulled out of last night and on the bench today, there's clearly no one even remotely close which is disappointing

Surely Dickson-Peters could be on bench?

Played last night so doesn't appear him or others are in Wagner's plans at the moment.
