It seems that if Webber is going, it's after the transfer window has completed. I find it interesting that the focus for them will be on January transfers when Webber clearly is more about infrastructure.

An interesting question given @GMF has claimed that the 100 shares clause still applies and yet she isn't listed as such in the 2022 Annual Report despite being appointed to the Board over 3 months before the Balance Sheet date.

The 100 shares clause being, of course, that some Board members borrow shares for the period of their tenure only.

No doubt the omission of this information from the subsequent accounts, which is hardly material in the scheme of things, will, nevertheless, give you another stick to wave at the Club…

Why didn't I think of going to the Companies House website and doing a jigsaw puzzle instead of trying to rely on the Annual Report?

I really should have known better than expect Value for Money for £700k per year.
