I wonder whether Pelach has been brought in not just for his skills as a coach, but potentially as an apprentice head coach who can gain familiarity with the club, with the championship as a whole and be ready to step up, armed with the knowledge and experience he's gained, if Wagner ultimately continues to fail. What if this is not a move instigated at Wagner's request, but rather a move by Webber to show that unless things improve pronto, we've got a highly rated, ambitious coach waiting in the wings to give it his all?
