Hence why I said what screwed us was Webber.

Exactly. Its quite easy to work out where the responsibility lies.

WTF were both our defenders doing there!

Very loose definition of the term defender. Jesus christ we need a miracle to pull of a Hanley replacement

Farke had a system that transformed us, European players who could execute that level of tactical awareness allowed that to happen

Again, we failed twice with those players - embarrassingly so, in fact.  There's no proof that the system works, whereas we've got a long history with young domestic players, or lower league signings that have gone on to compete in the top tier.

Could Attansio sack the board, Sporting Director, players manager and everyone

That would be good!

Least Ipsiwch will give us 6 points next season.. Right?

I honestly think they would finish above a Webber and Wagner team.

That, with all due respect, is a stupidly ignorant comment. We walked the Championship twice, and had a first half of the first Premier league season that gave us performances against Man City and Tottenham everyone could be proud of. The failure was not to upgrade the talent in the system, not the system itself.

Massive summer coming up. The direction of our club is so, so unclear at the mo from top to bottom.

Delia? Attanasio? Wagner? Webber? The squad? Endless questions.

OTBC

Here’s what will happen this summer: we will sell whatever value we have left, Webber will buy more rubbish and Wagner will continue to do naff all with it. IE. Nothing positive will happen this summer.

Yet implying that budget European players are the only ones capable of tactical awareness isn't?  Give me a break.

Genuinely woeful stuff and more worrying is the current regime seem to have totally broken the connection between the club and the fans that they initially built so well.

Empty seats and plenty saying pre game they couldn't be bothered to go followed by more walking out at halftime and throughout the second half.

It isn't just that it's bad it's that the players on the pitch don't seem to care and the folks in the high offices seem to treat the fans with disdain.

A sorry picture all round.

Not enough centre-halves and not enough defensive midfielders equals....rampaging toss-fest. We're still set up far too open.

Shows clearly that we miss Hanley, McLean and above all, Buendia's workrate.

Worth pointing out that through all this talk of bad recruitment. The players at fault for the third goal were Aarons and Andy O. Both homegrown.

Wagner not really done enough himself but then perhaps Dean Smith wasn't that bad either.

Bit irrelevant when £80 million pound players also get sent off.

Unless we're now going to start chants (haven't resumed this half yet btw) wanting people out based on phases of play which I guarantee other clubs fans will find cringeworthy and funny in equal measure.

No, but he's had a stinker all game before the red and generally has looked bang average at best all season. I had high hopes for him but he seems more and more likely to be another on the not good enough **** heap Webber has assembled.

The failure was also selling our best player on promotion
