Yes, but short lived and hardly full of passion or energy.

But after 10 minutes, quite telling. And it was noisy enough at half time.

Well played, fella, well played!

At this rate I think we need to be sponsored by Viagra. We can't get anything up, or indeed get hard when it's needed.

Well it’s no worse than the Swansea game is it?

Was that because of the crap football, being behind after 4mins from a shocking own goal and struggling to muster much?

Or was it because the silence meant that the silence meant the fans wanted the owners, sporting director and manager all sacked?

Gibson shouldn’t be anywhere near the bench, let alone the pitch.

His constant impression of a ‘rabbit in headlights’ is tiresome.

Half-time change needed ... take Sanini off, put somebody else on, don't care who.

Sargent needs to learn how to thread a through ball, twice he could have played Pukki through.

It's almost as if he's a striker and not a winger isn't it?

If smith, MWJ, Smith  and Webber think this approach is acceptable, I can certainly tell them it’s NOT. Absolutely dire, shocking to say the least, and after watching the entertaining African sides in the World Cup who know what attacking football is, smith our manager, needs another job, preferably with Ip****!

This is one of the worst performances and team set ups I can remember for over a decade. No one looks bothered, nor seems to have a clue how to play it. The management is clearly non-existent, so why didn’t we use the time off to sort out our options? Explains why half the seats near me are empty.

McCallum off now!!

He's fine when Sinani isn't in front of him.

Same with Aarons, was fine until Sinani switched to the right then lost composure.

Absolutely dreadful footballer, carrying deadweight.

Worst thing is if we lose smith will just bang on about how we didn’t give them many clear chances.. so depressing

All the best. Big Keith Scott.

Smith has to go. This is getting beyond a joke now. Losing Farke and replacing him with Smith feels like it is having the same effect as replacing Lambert with Hughton.

Oh I agree with that.

It was more a commentary, if anything, on Webber and Smiths failure to assemble a team capable of feeding the Goat.

But he still should have attempted the through balls. Not pulling them off is understandable, not attempting them was criminal.

I am not supporting Keith Scott. Far from it. You just give him oxygen. I am merely saying what I heard and observed.

Sinani off and someone else on would be my take on this. Not sure who - possibly Hernandez. Someone to go at them a bit - we're too ponderous in possession.

Pukki should have played him in too.

I don't think they really care.

Smith and MWJ hate the Prem and Webber is just collecting his pay cheque.

I know we beat Swansea but it did seem ridiculous to change absolutely nothing today from a game we offered so little in. We’re playing no worse than last week IMO.

It’s now been 135 mins since the break and we haven’t managed a single 20 minute good spell in either game, as had been customary before the World Cup. Can we give Smith credit for finally getting this team performing consistently over 90 minutes?
