Aggy 944 Posted June 18, 2019 It’s a particularly pointless article because if we were only allowed, say, three non-English players in any starting eleven, then we would have bought different players. As would every other club. So pretty much every squad in the country would look drastically different and you are no longer really comparing the same clubs. At least the articles that say things such as “so and so would finish bottom if you discounted goals in the last ten minutes” tell you something about those clubs (that they can keep going the full 90, never say die attitude etc).
