Team on horrendous run, up step NCFC, run ended. Been same story every time for the last 30 years. NCFC the gift that keeps on giving.

I really don''t understand it, because you''re right, it is ALWAYS us.
Team X hasn''t kept a clean sheet for 72 games and hasn''t won in 68. Play Norwich. Bang 5-0.
Player X hasn''t scored since February 1994. Bang. Hat trick and 4 assists.
Sick to the back teeth of it. Why do we never contribute to these kind of runs? We capitulate every single time. It can''t just be coincidence surely? Happens far too frequently.

I think it''s because, like it or not, Norwich are seen as a soft side.

Teams on poor runs aren''t ever nervous about facing us ... they see us as an opportunity to stop the rot ... and they usually cash in!

Violin at the ready.

We should sign Balotelli - be a match made in heaven.

"Why always me?"

Sob sob

You''re right aren''t you Mr Scott??? Just look at last week!! (Only 7 days ago).

Newcastle come here on a terrible run of away form unable to keep a clean sheet.

And just look what happened.

(Ipswich 1 Brentford 3 by the way).

This is only a true stat when we are amongst the weaker teams in the division we occupy.

When we were rocking L1 or the Champs, it didn''t apply.

But when we are aiming for 16-17th, of course we will be vulnerable to defeat by any team from the same league.

Newcastle also scored 2 goals away against us. They''ve only managed 7 in all their other away games combined! Fortunately Olsson popped up when we needed it though.

I think it''s a very valid point... so much so that many people have noticed.Palace''s first win in ever.Villa''s first win in ever. There are many otehr instances too, however, on the (small) flip side, Man U had a great home record this season when we played them there.
