1.
@ We''ll b back Yes I did, but also saw the other games where he looked so off the pace defensively you''d barely believe he had played a professional match let alone champions league football. I hope he keeps this level up and it was just an adjusting period it''s certainly a strong possibility, but I''ll wait thanks for abit more than two good matches before I decide he''s what we''ve been missing at right back.
lol Could understand your argument if the games were the other way round. He looked after Depay and Sanchez quite well. I am sure he will have players better than that to play against in the championship week in and week out.
 2. Another scape goat that will be playing in a league above us next year. I remember the poster that advised us Harry Kane was the worst player to ever wear a Norwich shirt and Timm Klose was not even an improvement on Docherty.
 3.
Decent game yesterday, I worry the defensive side doesn''t come that naturally though.
lol did you not watch the Arsenal or Man U games ?.
 4. For all the rights and wrongs and ups and downs social media has allowed protesting to go to a personal level. People are happy to say things that there is no way they would dare to say if they were face to face with somebody. By all means discuss who is good / not so good ect but in my opinion personal insults to people that over step the mark should not be made to club officials / players by their own fans. Reading through various posts on here you sense the remarks made to McNally on his twitter were a minority view. You can only guess what is sent to him privately ? These sort of comments should be saved for the likes of Fred West. On here yesterday somebody started a thread calling Bassong a c**t. I offered a face to face meeting for him but he then disappeared ? Debate and moan yes but to throw personal insults at people ? dont think anybody deserves that. That''s what makes our club look small.
 5.

he very rarely runs at people when he''s in a position too.
Classic case yesterday first half. He won the ball in our half and had 70 yards of clear space in front of him. Instead of going hell for leather to get down the wing he just dawdled along as though he had all day, stopped & the passed it back to where he had just come from. If Errol Crossan was looking down he would have been appalled.
Classic case yesterday he skinned his full back crossed it perfectly to Jerome who missed yet another ( for a premiership striker ) simple chance
 6. He is off to his new club in a couple of weeks
 7. If you get there early enough there will be buy backs
 8.
One point that hasn''t been mentioned yet and a very important one at that is how rich even the poorest teams in the Premier League will be compared to heck of a lot of teams in Europe. Even compared to teams in some of the other ''big'' leagues in Europe, other than the usual ''big'' names, the poorest teams in the Premier League could outspend the majority of the teams in the rest of the leagues. This will obviously have a knock-on effect in terms of the quality of players we see coming in to the Premier League to play for even some of the ''smaller'' teams.
Na the money will in effect be lost as transfer fees to the PL will double as will wages. You will just get the same players for twice the money. A top striker who cost £20m this year will cost £40m next.
 9.
Before we all get too down on our situation, and go all the way down that "why can''t we compete" argument can I just remind everyone about the net spend off our so-called rivals in the last two transfer windows:- Newcastle £70.1m Watford £56.2m Sunderland £31.3m Bournemouth £39.8m Leicester £29.8m Compared to Norwich £19.4m This doesn''t include wages. Generally speaking the clubs who spent the least have performed the worst - the main exceptions are Swansea, Southampton, Chelsea and Palace but they all started from a rather better base than we did. In comparison to Norwich, the purchases of Newcastle and Sunderland have been appalling. And yes, there is a reason why Watford and Bournemouth survived. It also underlines Leicester''s remarkable season. We would probably have thought Norwich and Leicester had pretty comparable teams at the start of the season, other than Vardy, yet they spent only £10m more than us - crucially, they spent it in the summer and we didn''t.
Not sure I agree about Vardy as at the beginning of the season. Wasn''t played by Pearson due to lack of goals and Claudio was about to sell him to Sheff Weds for £5m. Also Villa spent big time
 10. To much money at stake I think. If we are to be relegated we will be a big club in the Championship. I believe we will be building a team that will be no risk. If AN plays youngsters and it does not work he will be crucified.
 11.
A club with something we will seemingly never have in the top flight with the current board - Ambition. Will always love them for this. And kudos to Spurs. Great season for proper football lovers. Lonely season for Norwich.
Yep they were on the verge of selling Vardy to Sheff Weds as he was not good enough and could easily have sacked Pearson long before the run that kept them up
 12.
By taking a risk we could, for example, offer a higher wage to attract quality. The risks are players wanting financial parity, or a risk of relegation leaving a financial dent. Leicester attracted Kante, Stoke Xhakiri, Swansea in recent seasons have taken risks on Michu, Gomis and Bony and very much reaped the rewards. We did his name was Steven Naismith This is just one of a possible resolution... find a player and say to him "we''ll break the wage structure to bring you here, if you keep us up we''ll sell you to Chelsea/Man City/Liverpool" he spends the entire season shop windowing himself. We stay up, sell him, do the same again. We want established long term premiership football, can soneone explain how the current regime will give it to us?
13. lol Quite strange how the '' experts '' say that the players that people scape goat on here are our best players. Ruddy, Bassong, Martin and Redmond all praised.
 14.
I''d have Lambert back-cleaning the bogs!
No no no - that would keep a decent person out of a job
 15.
Bring back to good times. Get rid of this management team and the deadwood like bassong and co. Start again in the championship
lol Dont think they are friends anymore ? One lied about the other to protect his own career. 2nd worst manager in Villa''s history and took Blackburn backwards ?
 16. Pardew and Cabye sharing smiles with the Newcastle players as they leave the pitch. Cheating F*****s
 17. On BBC they were almost saying he missed deliberately ie an ex Newcastle taking the penalty and then took it with no conviction cheating F*****s
 18. He was sacked for bullying ? evidence given by Lambert. Either this guy is now unemployable or Lambert is a liar ?
 19. Would be a brave move by Celtic. Lamberts recent record speaks for itself.
 20. On Klose''s facebook page he put hope to be back to help the rest of the team soon.
 21. lol After he played in a couple of games Bamford was described in a thread about him as one of our best players and we must sign him ? One bad game and he''s rubbish. Looks to me like lets use his recent game to beat the club with and forget the 2 games before - O well his stats in the championship look much better than Afobe''s
 22. What a joke. Marriner fails to control / take any action against Alladyce and his coaching staff for assaulting 2 of our players our players therefore take matters into their own hands but Marriner gets away with it scot free. During the Liverpool game with the game not finished Klopp failed to remain in control and in the wrong ground could have incited a riot, but thats ok the FA and all the pundits thought it was great to show passion ?
