1. This entire campaign against our Manager is senseless. We are now on 29pts, probably this season need another 9pts - at the start of this season I would have taken our present position, including some terrific results, alongside some not so satisfying 0-0s - but most pundits had us as relegation certainties. CH is highly regarded by many of his fellow managers and is an honourable man who is giving us a very good chance of moving to our 3rd season in the Prem. The Summer will allow us to strengthen when prices are far more sensible, so I am 100% behind CHs strategy. Some so called Norwich City fans, for whatever reason can''t wait for a bad run so the campaign against CH can continue. Why not put all that energy into positive support when it is needed.
2. re Wiz''s comment - His money would be handy, but unsure on him.  But will there be any left?  And looks like he does the deals himself and tells Harry who he''s bought, if the Samba deal is now the way they operate. Relegation for QPR will be a financial disaster for the Club because of his methods, and to think we wanted him here once upon a time.
3. He has scored 5 goals in 18 games in Championship, which is nowhere near Becchio''s goal ratio (75 in 190) so happy we stick with what we''ve got now.
4. So that''s what Plan B looks like. 4-4-2 with two strikers, and two wide men. Stick to Plan A then CH.
5. Just reading this - http://videocelts.com/2013/01/blogs/gary-hooper-v-jordan-rhodes  would be better to compare Demba Ba''s transfer fee at £7M.
6. The big news ..... we are about to go bottom in the Lawro League Table, just as QPR go 7th. Wow, what a great forecaster he is!!
7. We''ve just lost a Capital Cup match whilst in the midst of the Club''s best ever run in the PL, and also are the Club with the longest unbeaten run in the PL. We played a weakened back 4, and key players were missing showing where our priorities lie. Well I am very relaxed at the excellent progress we are making under the leadereship of CH and clearly his tactics do work very well.

9. Watching the extended highlights on Football First, we did have 2 or 3 clear openings, 2 for Holt and 1 for Snoddy and if 1 of those had gone in, we would be celebrating a merited win. And thats on the back of an ability we now have to defend at this level, which was missing all of last season. A sequence of WDWD is pretty good in the PL and 3 out of 4 clean sheets - Cloughy always said you get your defence right first then you can plan for success. Keep it up CH, so far so good in avoiding the dreaded second season syndrome.
10. This concern about our strikers baffles me a bit as we still have the strikers who contributed to being the Premier 7th highest goal scorers last season, and have added Snodgrass who looks capable of getting a few goals from midfield.
11. I''ve always like Barnett, he has pace, wins majority of balls played in the air, and has great commitment. I would like to see him given a decent run of games, and alongside Bassong, who has similar qualities.
12. I read two detailed press reports with player marks and whilst the marks reflected a bad performance all round, Turnet, along with R. Bennett and Ruddy were our best marks at 6, the rest got 4s and 5s. I didn''t go, so bow to those that did, but maybe Turner wasn''t the worst offender on the day. I''ll make my judgement on Saturday, if he plays, now that Bassong has joined us.
13. Worth reminding ourselves just what we got when CH was appointed - http://www.nufcblog.com/2012/05/26/alan-pardew-gives-more-praise-to-chris-hughton/
14.
We didn''t win a game in our first month back in the prem...Lambert wasn''t good enough, holt was struggling and the defence was poor.... 9 months later no one cared about any of that..... Let''s give Hughton a chance..... Improve on last seasons position and half of you moaners will be having an orgasm at the way the seasons gone.... We will look back at this weekend and laugh
Good point and we did just lose 3 pts, exactly the same as we did there last season. There will be changes before Saturday, and some hurt pride, so lets see what Sat brings.
15. "That`s why I didn`t cheer after the third goal. It`s a professional game, I love to win 5-0 but not against him.""He did an unbelievable job with me, a fantastic job at Newcastle and Birmingham and I am 100 per cent certain he will do the business."Martin Jol or Wiz? Who has the most appropriate response to yesterdays match?  No contest!! One is a decent, football man, with first hand knowledge of CH and the other is Wiz.
16. I guess that Celtic fans were making similar comments after their last friendly before their European Champions start. Who was it they lost to? Oh, yes. NCFC!  Puts pre season games into perspective, I feel.
17. What worried me most about this season was the lack of clean sheets last season so I am delighted that we have had 4 out of 5 in pre season. As Cloughy always said, get your defence right first, so I''m very happy with our progress. Keep a clean sheet and you''ve got at least a point!
18. But didn''t CH declare our bid a few days ago?
19. Replies like that tell us all we need to know. If this poster is a true City fan, why the heck does he so enjoy winding us up. No wonder we are ridiculed on other club''s Message Boards where this man posts the same mindless dribble that we see here. I''m beginning to think he is a plant from Portman Road - he does a heck of a job for them if he''s not.
20. You are so right NYC and that is endorsed by the fact that he has not bothered to respond to this thread as it is not one of his. What gets me also is that he goes on other messageboards and irritates their fans who think we are all the same as he. An embarrassment to our club IMHO.
21. Re Role Model''s note that - The Venkys are a bad example. They thought they could run the club like we are doing here. re-investing money only generated by the club. They never chucked into the pot any extra.............  They are a very good example iin fact as they bought out Jack Walkers interests and acquired a Club from a long term fan, then ran the business very very badly, despite their apparent wealth. Now that''s to be avoided at all costs isn''t it?
22. Now here is the double standards of this poster who actually states in this thread  "So you''d rather hurl abuse than contribute........okay"! yet he has a title which I would find unacceptably abusive if it was aimed at me.
23. What are you on about you very silly man. We have probably the best run Club in the Premier League; we are in the best financial and business shape for over 100 years, and you still try so hard to ridicule our owners . We are in the best league in the world, and we got there by paying sensible fees and wages, and committing to a proper business model.  I have watched my team since 1959 through thick and thin, and it is now that I am most impressed by what has been achieved. We are aiming to fund via profit retention and good common sense a ground with a capacity of 35,000 to sustain a top side for the long term future. But you still want some foreign investor to throw money at the Club and unbalance all that has been achieved. Get real or go follow Portsmouth or Rangers or any of those who have already heeded your advice – and regretted it forever!
24. This ''steeped in history'' nonsense makes me laugh. What have they won - OK a very old Div One title; one FA Cup and that EUFA Cup thing for the also rans. Now that Huddersfield are promoted, yet another team joins the Championship with MORE history than them.
25. I have same problem. I got the Norwich City App for my smartphone, but can''t access due to this issue. I emailed the Club about it but had no reply.
